Green Valley Smiles Dentistry

If you are in need of a Dentist, I highly recommend Green Valley Smiles Dentistry. Dr. Velayo is a great Dentist and a really nice person. Today I had a crown come off. It was not causing me any pain, so I called GVSD to schedule an appointment. I was hoping to get in on Monday or Tuesday. Despite being fully book up she was able to fit me in between her other patients and recement it this afternoon.
A couple of years ago I discovered that an elderly friend of mine was experiencing a severe toothache. Her regular dentist was closed, and she was going to just bear the pain until the following morning. It was evening but I called GVSD and even though they were preparing to close and my friend was not her patient, Dr. Velayo kept the office open for us and was able to treat the infection and alleviate her pain. That's just the type of person she is!

I always have a great experience at this office. The staff is very friendly. Scheduling appointments is a breeze and they are very informative about the services they offer. Lori Fagundes and her assistant Nini were helpful and most accommodating for my needs. I would recommend this dentistry.

Dr estrada is an amazing dentist. Very gentle and caring. He saw my 4 year old son for his exam and cleaning. My son had a great time. Dr estrada did not rush through the appointment, he took his time to make sure Keanu was comfortable with each step of the exam and cleaning. Dental assistants Nini and Sam were amazing taking pictures and x-rays, and brought Keanu a balloon when he was all done. dental assistant Mark came and helped Keanu take pictures of his teeth, too. Nicole up front checked us in quickly and let me know the cost beforehand. Many other dental assistants and other doctors in the office went out of their way to come say hello to Keanu and give him smiles and attention. Such a warm and caring, comfortable office!

What an amazing crew of people! Been going to this dentistry for years and have always had the best experience. Highly recommend Stefanie & Nini. They’re personalities and diligence to make my experience worth it is why I keep coming back. I can also name Sharmaine as being very skilled and always makes sure I understand what’s going on with my teeth as well as great pointers. I could go on all day about these people, the front office with Amber and Avonika have been amazing. Very personable. And if I missed you I did not forget about you. Highly recommend 11/10!!

Love this place! Been going since 2021 and never had a bad experience and everyone is so kind. Really recommend Dr. Velayo as she is so sweet and informative! Very clean and the new remodel is very appealing and makes the office look brighter.

Great office. Got me in quickly. Staff was very helpful, professional and kind. Dr. Estrada was thorough and very gentle. I have finally found my new forever dentist and office. Thank you team GVS!

This office has the worst service ever. I went there 2 yrs ago, gave them my insurance and got check up. They said I needed some work, had checked insurance and my cost was $0. Well a year later, they called, said they made error, and I owed $500. I called my insurance and they said the claim was never submitted. They also said so much time had passed that a claim could no longer be submitted. They also shared that Medicare had guidelines mandating patients are not financially responsible for the provider’s incompetence or errors. I passed that on to this office. Today, 2 years later, it showed up on my credit report as collection. You can bet I’ll be seeing them in court…get ready to write me a big check!

Btw, there service in the office is extremely poor too. I had follow up appt. They called and asked me to come in 2 hours early cause they were slow. I did. After waiting 90 minutes and not being seen..I complained. I was told too bad, everyone know dental appointments have delays, no apology or valid explanation so I left. Good thing, I’d probably owe 2 collection accounts. This place sucks, knows it, and just doesn’t care. Rude staff too.

This office is absolutely amazing! Everybody who works there is so sweet, considerate, positive, and happy to be there. I’ve never felt more comfortable at a dentists office before. They explain everything thoroughly so you understand what they’re doing and why they’re doing it. They genuinely care about the health of their patients, so they do everything in their power to ensure they’re taken care of; whether it be in the form of payment plans, breaking up a treatment into different visits, or providing recommendations. The best thing about this place is that I can feel that they actually care about the people they’re treating, and it feels really welcoming and comforting. Bianca is the dentist that takes care of me and my husband, and she’s a total delight. I will be going to this office for as long as I’m able to!

Best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office.

Dr. Rolanda Chung is very gentle, informative and thorough. I love how up to date the doctors are. I’ve never had a dentist who reviewed x-rays with me til now. Her assistant Rose made the whole visit so enjoyable, I forgot I was even at a dental office. Their office manager Avonika was great too. She helped see what my insurance covered and didn’t push anything on me. I really appreciated that.

They didn’t even ask me to write a review or anything. I had a solid experience from start to finish and will be coming back.

I hadn't been to the dentist in many years and had been putting it off due to some bad experiences in the past. However, Dr. Chung and the entire team at Green Valley Smiles Dentistry were incredible. By far the best experience I've ever had in a dental office. From scheduling to check in, imaging and exam, every aspect was incredible. The team is truly caring and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I have found my permanent dentist here with Dr. Chung and her team.
