Always a pleasure to be in the Dental office, all the stuff are great and today they did a root canal on me the Dentist and Olga did great. Olga was checking me all the time, asking me if I’m ok. They were very friendly and approachable.

This is a great dentist office. Everyone is so nice from the front staff to all the professionals. I highly recommend them. They explain all your procedures and insurance steps so clearly. It makes you feel good to walk in and feel welcome too! Keep up the good work!

I tried calling since Monday, 20 times or more a day but no one’s answering my calls and never go calling me back. Someone answered my calls and she hangout the phone how rude people is. I am 7 yrs patient since 2016.

This place is probably nice if you are already an established patient. If you're a new patient, they will try and force you into being a part of their dental savings plan. One receptionist was nice, she was shorter with curly hair and blonde highlights. The other one with glasses and dark hair was really mean. The way she spoke to me was very patronizing and condescending. She didn't explain the purpose of the dental savings plan other than to make the appointments cheaper. It doesn't make sense to me why we would have to sign up for something to get cheaper appointments and apparently there are no other strings attached? It sounds really fishy. Especially with the way it's pushed so hard to do that rather than paying for the appointment in full, which is what I was trying to do.
The patronizing woman also kept telling me over and over about how it's illegal to get a cleaning without seeing a doctor. Which is okay with me, I just wanted my teeth cleaned. There was some kind of confusion because she wouldn't stop talking about how illegal it is for a hygienist to see me without the doctor seeing me first. I understood that the doctor needed to see me first. She told me that the doctor had to take x-rays in order to see me or else "it's like wearing a blindfold" for the doctor to examine my mouth. Okay... I don't really want to see a doctor who is blind without an xray when you put it that way. So, I decided to leave.
I didn't realize the price they quoted me on the phone for a cleaning ($113) did not include the doctor's exam where he absolutely has to take an xray in order to examine your mouth, which costs another hundred and something dollars.
They knew I was a new patient since I filled out paperwork online and told them when I made the appointment. So I don't know why they didn't tell me "The cleaning is $113, but in order to get a cleaning as a new patient you need to see the doctor first and he absolutely has to take x-rays and it'll cost this much more."
It really feels like this place is trying to scam you out of your money and it really made me feel bad talking with that particular receptionist. Who, I might add, kept talking over the other receptionist even though I was directing my questions towards the nice, curly-haired receptionist.

This is a really great dental office. First of all, I looked around and noticed it was clean! Second, the staff is very friendly and professional. Shout out to Dr Gupta who listens and to Amanda the hygienist and Ezra her assistant who understood my fears and went overboard making me comfortable. All in all, a good experience.

I’ve been going to cascade for a few years now and I will continue to go for my years to come as long as my insurance allows. From the front desk to the back every employee seems open minded, and understanding. They’re also very kind and respectful which makes communication easy and effective.. not only with their patients but amongst each other as well. Special shout out to my dentist hygienist Amanda. It’s always nice to see her and get to know her more. Plus she recommends a lot of tools, tips, and things for keeping up with your teeth A1.

We'll see how good their customer service really is tomorrow by whether they fix their mistake and actually fill the tooth. Or decide to go to court with my insurance company after they get double billed from another dentist fixing the problem.

Dr. Gupta is the BEST dentist I've ever had!! She is gentle, patient, thorough, but quick. The whole staff is friendly, professional and helpful.

This place is amazing! I was greeted the moment I walked in, the staff is very friendly and professional. Amanda answered all my questions and concern's and she and Monique did a fantastic job. The end result of the work I had done was A+, I couldn't be any happier. Cascade Valley Dental is the place to go
