I had my first appointment yesterday and it was a good experience. I had lost one of my two front teeth, and though I do need additional work done, they did not push me to get it all done like another dentist had. They took care of the problem at hand, explained everything they were doing during the process, and set me up with follow-up appointments to make sure I heal correctly. I found my lifetime dentist.

Everyone at this office has always been so great. I have been a patient for over 5 years. They have changed offices, I have seen several different doctors, and have always had a positive and pain free experience whether it has been a cleaning, x-rays, or a root canal. I highly recommend this office, these doctors, and this whole group of people. Amazingly helpful and positive!

Called to make an appointment as a new patient. I expected to have an exam with a plan on what to do moving forward. I was told I needed a longer appointment and they charged me 80 dollars to do nothing. What a waste of time and money. Is there a dentist in Las Vegas that does not rip you off?

Cascade Valley Dental are the most honest group of professionals under one roof. Every person is there to help patients feel they are being treated exactly for what they need to have healthy mouth and teeth. My dentist, Dr. Joseph Gelo is so friendly and caring for me that I completely trust him with every Treatment he suggest and I feel completely in good hands. There is no pressure what so ever to do something that you don’t think you need. They make sure you are informed about all the needs for a healthy mouth and they take care of your need. My entire family are their new patients and we couldn’t get any better than this awesome group of dental care team.

Following an appointment for a filling on a specific tooth which had decay, I noticed once I got home that the tooth had not been filled. I contacted the office to find out what work was actually done and was advised that the dentist filled the incorrect tooth. The dentist was a substitute dentist and he took it upon himself to fill the tooth in front of the actual tooth. I was never informed throughout the entire appointment that a change had been made or what exactly he was doing. The front office was not informed either of the change in work that was being done. I am in the process of taking legal action against Cascade Valley Dental in regard to this dental malpractice and negligence on part of Dr. Goodrich.

First appointment / consultation.

A few months back, I had a filling fall out. It hurt for a couple days & then the pain just stopped. Fast forward a few months. My tooth that was now missing a filling started to be really painful. Some days it was almost unbearable. I went to see an urgent dental in the beginning of the month. However it was end of day already so we weren’t able to do anything. She did however let me know that I needed to get an extraction on the filling less tooth. The problem was, they are closed like 3 or 4 days a week. Couple days after that visit, my toothache / gum ache was gone. Like completely gone. I then started to grind my teeth to see if it was really gone, or if I was just lucky. Turns out, I was just lucky for a few days. The pain returned, so I called my insurance company to inquire about my dental benefits. Once I understood, I was provided a list of in-network providers. I called a few & learned that the list I was provided, was a little outdated.

Anyways, I had been googling dentists in the area for the last few weeks. I finally (after a few weeks) stumbled across Access Health Dental. & they accepted my insurance!! I called instantly as there was a location less than 5 miles from my home. The best part is, I was able to get a SAME WEEK appointment. So stoked!!

The day before my appointment, I woke up to a missed call from the office. I was able to get an appointment an hour earlier. It really worked out for me. I arrived at my appointment on time & I really loved the atmosphere when I first walked in. It was Friday morning, & there was Aaliyah followed by Madonna playing on the speakers. Such a Friday vibe.

Checking in was very fast, as I pre-registered online. It didn’t take long at all for Dr to come to the exam area I was in. He was really thorough & really quick with the consultation & even provided me options. He understood that my filling-less tooth was top priority & even let me know some other things wrong with other teeth.

I did have to wait a bit to discuss the payment breakdowns & options I had. But it was alright. The treatment coordinator really took her time & broke down each procedure I would need & provided options for paying for the services I need. We were able to figure out the bare minimum I needed today. Not even ten minutes later, I’m lying in the chair getting my gums numb for the extraction.

Dr came back in & talked a little more about the options I had after the extraction. Tyra was so kind to come back, dumb down the information for me & provide a re estimate of my out of pocket for service that day. Once that was done, I had my tooth extracted & some other thing done in less than an hour!

From start to finish, this process was a breeze. The staff is extremely friendly. Dr Gelo is very efficient. I put off the dentist for over a decade. I’m completely satisfied with the experience I encountered today. I will for sure be back for all future dental needs. & I will certainly be referring everyone I know to see Dr Gelo!

I arrived a little before my 1 o'clock appointment thinking it'll be convenient for the dentist and I. I didn't get to the back til about 1:30. (When I make appointments with clients I never make them wait when they arrive). Especially when they're early for their meeting. Mouth work hasn't been done yet, just x-rays that weren't uncomfortable at all. ..so.... I'll leave this here for now..

I have been going here a year now. Tara at front office is amazing. She communicates to me about my copays, my treatment plan, scheduling, etc. it’s so comforting to see the same face at every appointment and for them to welcome you in by name. Also, I appreciate my fantastic Dentist Dr Santiago. He explains everything to me, he is honest, and provides quality dental work. I’m so happy I switched over to this office.

Amazing people, nonjudgmental. I had so much anxiety and embarrassment built up before going and they were very friendly and professional
