You guys are the best thank you. Although I wish you were more informative a bout the hours you keep it’s so stressful when you walk up and you know nothing other than to assume omg did they skip town please help and make changes to this even an out to lunch notice

They just don't have their operations together. Try to change my appointment but I just reach their answering service. No call backs to reschedule. Had an appointment on a Wednesday, that they scheduled, but they were closed that day, but kept sending me reminder text for the appointment and again no call backs. They don't know how to do billing. Always some different figures they change up and depending who's working that day. And YES, management is rude. They really don't k ow what they're doing. Waste of time

Everything was just fine. I know you are a caring place and you care for your patients. And that's what I like. You put the patients first is what I feel

First let me say its bad enough we have to go and get dental work done. Dr. Sherman and staff were awesome. I cant express enough of anxiety I have in the chair waiting of the very thought of the drill etc. Made me aware of what he was doing and made me very comfortable. If you are reading this looking for a family dentist, this is the SPOT. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You guys should know you are a 10 in my book. Thank you. Thank you.

I took my daughter in and my experience was incredible. We did not wait long, and the technician that did the X-rays was nice, funny and calmed my daughter who had anxiety from a previous dentist. When the dentist came in , he was so thorough and explained to both of us everything step by step . He had a great personality and made the experience so pleasant. The girls at the desk were so helpful also so we left thinking how lucky did we get!!!

Staff was awesome. Really easy to get an appointment..I see a lot of team work & dedication in their jobs. I really felt comfortable & you know when you go to the dentist sometime your pressured into fixing your teeth & this place doesn't give you that pressure because they understand that times are hard & life gets in the way. Well thanks to Tender Dental for their hard work & dedication. Thanks to Dr. Lee he does a great job. Thank you again...see ya in 2 weeks.

Will NEVER go to this place again!!!! They got bought out a couple of times!!! Got rid of all the great staff!!! I called to make an appointment. Asked what happened and got real veage answers. Said it was concerning me and giving me anxiety to which she replied "your giving yourself anxiety mam. I Should of been more concerned. Been going there for years no problems. Had work done before and it was great!!!
I've already been in pain because I had to wait 3 days to see my dentist and they wouldn't even tell me where he worked the rest of the week. Even thought I was in severe pain. The $ is obviously more important than the patient!!!! I called less than an hour after waiting 3 days for my appointment!!! But surprise the doctor already left. And no one can help me for 3 more days!!! If your ok with being in excruciating pain and only being a dollar sign rather than a hurting patient by all means go there!!! Me I will NEVER go back and I want to scream it from the rooftops!!! If I could give them less than a star I would!!!!

Dr was extremely helpful and concerned. The staff super friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend this place to everyone. Will be taking my son to take his wisdom teeth out there as well. I am extremely happy. Dr made an effort to be knowledgeable about my condition and my special medical needs. Felt comfortable and in great hands. Thank you so much!!

I recently moved to Nevada, and I was looking for a dentist office and came across tender dental and I’m so happy I did !!! They are super, the Dr. made me feel very comfortable.Victoria the person that works the front desk is amazing She truly went above and beyond, while I was waiting for my visit she got on the phone and verified my insurance which I thought wasn’t going to be valid due to me moving states, I was literally stressed about how I would become a cash patient now ,due to my move .. . I literally saved $$ and every time I call she’s very helpful !! I would really recommend this office!! I truly dread the dentist but the Dr. and staff here make it bearable :) I so happy I’m a paitient here !

The Staff here is great. I am horrified of the dentist. They never left me alone. Everyone talked me through every step. They all made me feel so comfortable and at ease. They were also concerned about my overall health care as well as my dental needs. Very knowledgeable about my medications and medical history. I was not offered any unnecessary procedures. Everything was printed out and explained to me along with my benefits. They are also very affordable. I will definitely go back in the future to continue my dental care.
