I went to the Tender Dental on Boulder. As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted by Victoria, who quickly signed me in. I was about to sit down when they called me to the back (No Waiting) They quickly took my X-rays and told me what needed to be done. Jamaal the Dental Assistant was awesome he was extremely helpful and helped me feel comfortable. Dr Vargas did my root canal and he did a great job. In addition I noticed they were short staffed but that didn’t stop Jamaal from making sure everything was taken care of!!! Thanks Again To Victoria, Jamaal, and Dr Vargas!!! Definitely recomend them!!

I was in Las Vegas visiting family and needed dental sevrvices . I call dental care and was able to book and appt next day. the staff there was very polite and was able to see me within 5 min of arriving . they was able to give me my appliance next day. I will recommend this dentist office and I thank you guys for the fast service.

I was ecstatic that Tender Dental was able to get me in on short notice for a wisdom tooth extraction. By short notice I mean right when I called or the next morning! I did get some miss information from different people in the office but overall everyone was extremely nice and everything was hassle free.

Whole Staff Was Welcoming And I Loved The Whole Atmosphere

Today, Thursday, March 22nd at 2:00pm, I walked into tender dental on boulder highway and there was no-one at the reception desk. I heard keys from the back area and a nurse stepped out. I must have startled her cuz she looked surprised. I asked her, perplexed, if they were closing since she looked as if she was on her way out. She said they were done for the day. It's only 2pm and google, their own website, and other sources says this place is open til 8pm. Why are they closing now? I'm in so much pain and this is the only place my insurance has approved me to go to. The nurse offered no alternatives. Not very friendly.

Desk Staff seem professional. However when it was time to do my regular dental work the wait time was unacceptable. It was not that crowded in the office at time of my visit. My whole time spent there was 3 hrs and 5 min just to do regular check up and then basic cleaning. I won't probably come back here again.

Best dental office experience I have ever had.
Needed a tooth extracted ,came in with a severe stage of pain.From my initial call and next day appointment setup,I was greeted with respect, care,and genuine concern for my desperate situation..Upon arrival, a brief filling out of paperwork and less than 5 minutes I was seen and immediately screened and prepped in addition to have the t.v. adjust to my desired viewing .Everyone took my comfort extremely seriously and before I knew it Dr.Jamal had removed my achingly damaged tooth cleaned my remaining smile and the ladies kept attentive watch for saliva and debris ,all of this with no more than needless pricks of pain be way of tooth numbing novacaine.
I beg you , thee concerned reader,put your trust in the hands of Tender Dental ,I can whole heartedly vouch for thier professionalism and compassion.

So, i have tricare dental program. This place is asking me to pay 30% cost share for all the dental procedures for my wife and kid. I called my insurance company and they verified that I am only supposed to pay 20% cost share. My insurance representative asked to speak with the desk clerk and told her about it. Heard a lot of excuses from her after that. Not sure if they have been doing this to everybody and getting away with but I hope this stops now.

I wouldn't take my daughter here again. I took her in for a annual cleaning/exam. They discovered she had 2 surface cavities on her back molars. I called back a couple times to schedule a time to bring her back in to have them filled and the receptionist, who wasn't very friendly or professional during the initial visit, said she'd called back and never did. Fast forward 8 months, they call and leave a message that my daughter's PAR was approved. I didn't totally fault them for the time it took to get the PAR approved (I'm assuming different practices may have different turn around times). What I do fault them for is the lack in communication over the 8 month period. Nevertheless, I took her back. The dentist would not let me come back with her. I found that odd. I had been going back with my daughter for 5 years. She kept assuring me that the children do better this way and I relented. When she was finished my daughter had silver fillings! I was shocked and the dentist could tell. She explained that she thought they were better for a number of reasons. My problem is, this conversation should have happened with me BEFORE she put them in, as it was my choice to make. I naturally assumed she'd put in white fillings because my daughter already had some (which she knew). My daughter just mentioned the other day that the dentist gave her the option. This pissed me off. My daughter was 7. I just got a nice little marketing email from this place and the email address listed in the email is extremely unprofessional. SMH not going back there.
