My fiancé comes here for his braces, which is a horrible place. First of all they check you two hours after your appointment. So if your appointment was at 10am you are not getting out of there until 1 or later. They are all young and stupid! dress code is horrible, they all wear whatever they want. Poor communication, my fiancé was told he was going to get his braces off on his next appointment. We went and they were going adjust his braces so we told them what THEY HAD SAID LAST TIME, the doctor laughs in our faces and asked him "who said that?" Rude! Anyways moving on. I made an appointment to whiten my teeth and she wasn't even there when I get there. I told them I had an appointment and they told me she doesn't work that day. Are you kidding me? Don't come here, worst place ever !

I had such a great experiance...Came in for a consultation for braces for my son...he not only ended up getting braces the same day I did as well...My insurance didn't cover our braces so they came up with such an great price for my son and I...Thank you for making us feel good again...On to a brighter smile...

Horrible experience my son goes to the braces clinic at this location, he has scheduled visits every month. March this year I brought him here I was advised last minute that he needed a teeth cleaning before the braces adjustments were done. That day my son's teeth were cleaned and x ray, upon completion of the cleaning and x ray we completed the braces adjustments. Fast forward today I am here for a braces adjustment today, signed in here we go again "we need to clean and xray your son's theeth. About the hygenist that he in fact had his teeth cleaned and x-rays on his last visit shwent on to tell me that there was no information in the chart and nothing was billed to the insurance wow. I then spoke to the office manager Alice same lady who was involved with my son's cleaning and xray last month. Alice was very rude basically told me that she was pulled away from a procedure and was not willing to talk to me, by far not the response you would expect from a professional office manager. I don't post reviews often but this review is a must read if you care anything about your childrens dental hygiene. Smiles today dental is nor a competent dental facility, do get me wrong they have am awesome ortho department. But Alice and her staff Isabelle merna and a few others have no people skills nor adaquate skills to be employed by this facility. Also I am questioning the business management at this location I wonder how many other billable treatments were given out at this facility for free, seeing that their people can't even get information to their billing department in order to bill the insurance. Sad sad quality of care going downhill

I got my braces off recently. I’ve been having my braces for 2 1/2 years. The outcome was horrible. My teeth still had a space between the canine and lower molar. The midline was off, my teeth flared out and looked slanted. I asked them it was fine to take them off, and they said yes. As soon as I got them off I was so upset. I didn’t get the wow factor that these really were my new teeth. I was so unhappy with the results I went to a different orthodontist today and got new braces again. My new ortho said work still had to be done. I am beyond disappointed. I had chips on my teeth and work that needed to be done to have the perfect smile.Nothing was offered to me to fix anything. I got it all fixed today at my new ortho and my smile looks much better already. As for the orthodontist himself, I feel doesn’t take the time to fully analyze the patients mouth after the checkup. Quick 10 second run and the check up is done. They are so busy to trying to get as many people in, that they can’t focus personally on the patient. That’s not enough time to fully analyze the progress of the patient and really see what the patient requires to achieve the perfect smile. In all honestly, once they get paid for the braces, they can careless how well treatments go for patients. The money is in their pockets now. Oh and as far as professionalism/hospitality/customer service, they are horrible. They don’t make it feel welcoming when you enter for a checkup. It’s a come and go feeling. They want you out of their space ASAP. My new ortho made me feel so welcomed, he was so attentive and enjoyed talking to me. The staff was AMAZING. They cracked jokes with me and had a blast talking to everyone one of them. I felt at home. If you would like to save yourself from this, don’t come here. They only want your money.

The service is TERRIBLE. It is always packed and you end up staying over 3 hours sometimes. Even if you have an appointment they are so packed that you can't even get in so making an appointment is a complete waste of time. They have false promotion on their commercials about the PS4 for braces. I've gotten braces there within the last two years and at the end of my term they told the promotion was "canceled" now they are promoting it again. They are scammers and the worst dentist I have ever been to.

The worst place I ever been to 3 kids with braces paid in full and the worst service ever do not get braces here they don't do anything but change the color then send you on your way and bow they are scheduling the appt 2 months away instead of every month I went to a different ortho for my youngest son told hi. My experience and he stated he did not know why smiles is doing braces they are not a ortho wow explains everything my kids are now having them take them off because they hate it here and the appt keep getting longer it's been 3 years .

I wish this place could get no stars. I put $700 down in my orthodontic treatment. They charge me over $100 a month and do NOT deliver anything close to being great customer service ! Both front desks are rude as hell! I had an appointment for an extraction today at 10:30. I waited 2 hours before i even asked what was going on and she tells me the "back office is backed up" ! That is NOT a legitamate reason to have me waiting here in the lobby for so long ! Then she tells me theyre waiting for rooms !( also not acceptable as i was sitting in the waiting room watching people walk in ) then as i go up to the front desk to try and explain my frustration for the wait she tells me there's nothing she can do. RIDICULOUS.! Forget that money. They wont be getting a dime from me and can keep what ive already invested as i know it will be headache to try and stay there. CHOOSE ANOTHER DENTIST PLEASE !

The wait is ridiculous always more than an hour maybe two even with a appointment. The receptionist are beyond rude. I've paid in full for braces and still get crappy service. I've spoke to managers & supervisor's yet they treat you as animals here. I'll be more than happy once my treatment is finally over.

Horrible place! I have a monthly visit for my braces and always attended an hour after appointment time. Front desk employees are rude. Every time I get my braces changed I listen to them talk bad about one another ! UNPROFFESSIONAL! They need to dress more professional, actual scrubs!

Definitely improved service!! Been coming here 2x a year for years since it was the only place I could find that took amerigroup. Wait times were always hours on end. I learned my lesson. Always scheduled for the first appt on a sat (since I work wkdays) and took my 4 kids early so we'd be first on the list!! Waits weren't so bad after that. Noticed last time wait was even better... had our appt for thur at 330 hoping during the week would be better.. it was. We waited less than 5 min and had all my kids out within 30 min. So impressed. They have definately done a lot to turn this location around.
