HORRIBLE! the worst dental service of my life, EVER!!! This place is so unorganized. I once waited 4 hours to basically just get told nothing because they had to reschedule for another time. I HATE THIS PLACE AND THEIR HORRIBLE SERVICE. Most of their staff is very rude. It is just a bad and awful place, so just safe your time and money and find a different dentist.

do not go here.. I had to wait 1 1/2 hours past my appt. time then saw the doctor for less then two minutes. not to mention no private room. this place is a factory taking advantage of obamacare..and when i wanted to go to a different dentist they would not email my x-rays for free i had to come in and pay for them!!!

I had a nice experience at this office today, but I had to wait 10 minutes because another patient was late. It has happened twice to me but the Dentist does a great job on my teeth.

Nightmare dental office. Plan on reporting them to a bevy of regulating agencies including: BBB, Nevada Secretary of State, FTC Consumer Protection, Nevada State Board of Taxation... SNHD!
They give scandle a new low, taking advantage of the working poor who are their primary customer base. They define "predatory lending" by grossly overestimating the lenght of time for orthodontic treatment to make payments seem managable and affordable. Then when the patients take MUCH LESS time in their treatment plans, they office demands payment in full of thousands of dollars. (NONE of this is written into your contract ... its a "strong-arm bate-and-switch technique".) NOR does the office make thier collection policy clear verbally.
If this has happened to you... DON'T be quiet! REPORT! The list of agencies you can contact are listed above.
(Also... they are slow, rude, and health practices are questiobable at best.)
