This Place Is Bullshit , I had an appointment for 5:00 and its 7:30 and still havent been seen at all , Im beyond tired of this office its contents unprofessional behavior and can't even keep track of paper work

If i could give it no star i would this place is trash i have to wait three months to get a band change i was soppost to only wear braces for a year it has now became 4 Due to the fact that they cant take you on time or once a month like they should be they only have 5-6 colors to choose from

DONT GO TO THIS NIGHTMARE OF A CLINIC! They will quadruple book you and you will wait hours. Not to mention they are the most rude and unapologetic people on the planet.

Do not go there. Go somewhere else. I was at 'smile today dental' today. Aside from a long wait in a chair for x rays, then for "someone" to clean my teeth, the actual teeth cleaning process lasted, an unheard of, 3 minutes maybe. Give or take. Done by "someone" maybe an assistant or hygienist. Not sure. I spoke to the "Dentist" before he disappeared, about a medication I was given in the past that helped my gums and exposed roots. I tried to describe the bottle and liquid, to no avail. This "Dentist" said, he didn't know, and was he clairvoyant? I was like, wow. Then replied, I'd think a Dentist would know certain medications used for ailments of the mouth. Disappointed doesn't begin the description.
I still see the tarter/plaque in between my teeth. I just ordered a Dental hygiene kit online, to do it myself.
