From the front staff to the Doctor, this team is on point and truly cares about you. They were extra careful while I was undergoing chemotherapy and concerned for my general overall health even 9 months into remission. I will never go anywhere else. And I adore my hygienist.

I’ve been going to Dr. Frugoli since 2004. He is a great dentist and all the staff are awesome also. I’ve had standard cleanings, also some fillings and more recently Invisalign. All great experiences.

To make this review relevant and insightful, which I feel all reviews should be, or just don’t bother writing one. I would like to first express what made my visit to Dr. Frugoli a unique experience for me. It was the staff that set the tone when walking in the door with a their cheerful “Good Morning” and smiles!! There attitude was matched by my first encounter with Dr Frugoli. The point is that the staff and the doctor mirrored one another in their genuinely felt concern for my dental care and my mental wellbeing. I am 54 and have suffered for many years from extreme anxiety at just even the thought of having to go to the dentist since my horrible and painful experience with a dentist when I was 10 years old. As an adult and going to the dentist in times of absolute “no choice” but to go I was always ridiculed for my crying and fear of even being there. My last experience 16 years ago I overheard one of the staff tell another staff member “Jesus we have another crazy lady we need to deal with, what the hell, I haven’t even touched her and she’s crying!” of course that sent me into an inconsolable depressing moment, and I never returned to that office for my follow up care and had not seen a dentist since. No one should ever feel embarrassed by their mental state in those moments. Dr. Frugoli and his staff have finally lifted the black cloud over my shoulders, and I am so very thankful my friend Sarah referred me, I can now share in her confidence that I am finally in good hands.

Never have to wait more then a few minutes. Appointment times are as scheduled. Very professional and personable staff, and Larry Frugoli is an extremely knowledgeable and professional dentist. I switched from my previous dentist last year and am very happy that I did.

The staff at Caughlin Crossing Dentistry is awesome! They always make me feel comfortable and I know I am always in good hands. They work with my schedule and get me seen ASAP! I’ve had to get some root canals done and the doctors have even called me the next day to check up and make sure I was doing ok. The whole team is amazing! Been going there for 13 years or so and they're always top notch! Artists at their profession and a really comfortable environment in a place you would not normally describe as comfortable.

Kari did an excellent job with my cleaning! She took extra time to explain everything to me and had some excellent suggestions. Love her!

I just moved to Reno a few months ago. I planned on continuing with my dentist who is near my previous home. But upon awakening in the middle of the night with a sudden swollen bump and sore gum, I knew I had to see a local dentist. My husband had researched and found Dr. Frugoli and after his first meeting with him came home raving about the office, staff and Dr. Frugoli. I called his office and explained my condition. They said they could see me early afternoon for an urgent appointment. But Dr. Frugoli could not see me, instead his young associate, Dr. Kaelie Reviglio could. And they asked if that was okay with me. I agreed and saw Dr. Reviglio, who proceeded to X-ray my front teeth to see if I had an abscess. After the X-rays showed no abscess, Dr. Reviglio proceeded to anesthetize the area of the gum swelling then gently probed to find any packed food and to clean out the infection. She was gentle, explained what and why she was doing the procedure and what I should do to help the area heal.

Throughout my life I’ve associated closely with dentists and dental procedures. Dr. Kaelie Reviglio is a star! One day later I’m almost back to normal. Thank you, Dr. Reviglio.

Have been a loyal patient for over 15 years. The staff welcomes you warmly like you are part of their family. And the dental care and knowledge is excellent. The perfect combo! The waiting room is quite comfy also, but I never have long enough to linger, it seems. Wonderful practice that I feel fortunate to have found.
