I really like the staff at this office. All are nice & kind. I’ve had bad experiences with dentists in the past that created anxiety for me when it came to going to the dentist. All of the staff @ Sierra Smiles have been nonjudgmental & knowledgable. They create a kind & concierge-like atmosphere that is a new experience & takes away that anxiety. The also offer the Invisalign which I have absolutely loved compared to braces. I refer everyone to their office & Dr. McLennan! A huge thank you to Sierra Smiles for being amazing!

Seriously the best!!!! If I could give them more then a 5 star I would. I have never felt so comfortable and relaxed at a dental office before. The second I walked in the staff was just amazing! I had my porcelain veneer falling off of my tooth right before leaving for overseas. Left them a message on the phone as it was weekend. Monday, they got me an appointment in the morning. Could have a veneer bonded back on. Everyone in the office is very pleasant and the procedure is done very Efficiently.

I am new to Reno and didn't yet have a dentist. I had a tooth chip over the weekend and called Sierra Smiles first thing Monday morning. They were very friendly and were able to squeeze me in that same day to get it fixed! All of the staff were wonderful! Dr. Bocchi was friendly, down to earth, and very informative during the process! Best experience at the dentist ever! The paraffin hand wax and the warm neck pillow really relax and put you at ease while you have your cleaning! Genuinely nice staff (everyone) and very thorough cleanings and exams! You will not be disappointed!

Most amazing dentist office. EVER. They take care of you in all possible ways, I have had fewer cavities than ever in my life and they are good people. If you have a problem, they will fix it and often same day. I have such anxiety about dentists, but never with them. Best dentist in town.
