I have been going to Dr Mary for 20 plus years. The main reason I chose her that long ago was because she is a woman but I got so much more! This office is caring and feels like family. I have sent friends and family members to them who were ashamed that they hadn’t been to a dentist in a very long time and they welcome them with no judgement! Just understanding. They have given friends and family beautiful smiles as well as myself! Dr Mary did my veneers. Kathleen is the best hygienist I have ever been to with her calm and gentle caring demeanor. If you are looking for a dentist office that is warm and welcoming and provides great results… White Pine Family Dental is for you!!

I have always had a pleasant experience here. The staff is kind and Dr. Mary and Dr. Matt (when he was there) have been nothing short of lovely and compassionate. Today, however, was not it. This unfortunate experience is largely due to Dr. Prince who was less concerned about my health and more infatuated in whether or not I had the ability to pay for a treatment plan. Aside from introducing himself, which I imagine were lines that were fed to him, his first words to me were "well how motivated are you? Because this is gonna take a lot of time, effort, and money." So much money that he suggested I open a new bank account and deposit funds solely for dental visits. I have insurance. I worked for an insurance company. I know how it works, and I understand some will come out of pocket however this would've been the time to maybe recommend a flexible payment plan the practice offers as opposed to honing in the point that he didn't think I could afford it. In short, the entire interaction was a gross diatribe from a provider clearly more concerned about money than patient care. The hygienist even apologized after he left.

Not sure what sort of day he was having that compelled him to behave in such a condescending and judgmental manner but it made for a very uncomfortable experience that did not assuage any anxiety I already have about going to the dentist.

Two stars because everyone else was nice.

They made the experience enjoyable and helped me relax!! So friendly, warm, and professional. They explained everything in depth and worked with me an my anxiety the entire time. Literally everybody was so wonderful!! Thank you! I look forward to seeing everyone during my next visit. The entire staff truly deserves 5 stars.

An extremely friendly and well run practice. You feel welcomed and professionally treated the moment you walk through the waiting room door. Their office staff is friendly and efficient as are all of the medical professionals. They are the best dental practice I’ve ever dealt with in my 75 years on the planet. I rarely give such glowing evaluation’s BTW.

Had a couple of teeth needed to be pulled that were chipped and bothering me. Dr Prince was cool and had a good way of helping me relax while pulling the teeth. Will definitely go back if need to and will want his services. The office staff was great and just a good overall expierence and the fact they were able to squeeze me into the saturday schedule at the last minute.

Very welcoming attitude and cheerful staff. I can’t thank them enough for treating me with respect even though I don’t have a good set of teeth. Dr Papez restore most of my remaining teeth I definitely and highly recommend them. Dr Prince is also wonderful dentist . I felt he also cares like Dr Papez…

I really enjoyed my experience here. The staff is very professional, friendly, and personable. I really appreciated how Dr.Joyce verbalized what she was doing during my procedure so I would know what to expect next. It was also a pleasure learning more about her home state from her, where I will be moving to soon! I am so happy that they made time to see me before I leave!

Had a top denture break in half. They got me in the next day & sent it off for same day return. Thank you to the staff and Dr. Mary whom also fixed a problem I've had with my bottom denture for 4 years! Friendly, professional and compassionate

We were traveling from SLC to CA and I had a tooth ache that got worse and worse as the day went on. By the time we hit Reno we were praying to find a dentist that could fit us in for an emergency appointment. White Pine doesn’t take walk-ins but they saw the dire situation we were in. They all were willing to do the extra work and performed the needed root canal right then. I’m so grateful for Dr Prince and the amazing staff. They were so kind and took care of my problem and we were back on the road in less than 2 hours, feeling so much better. Thank you White Pine Dental!!

Everyone is very friendly. The hygienist that I see is very professional and has great suggestions for taking care of my dental needs.
