New Patient here, so far I had my second visit for my cleaning. Friendly and knowledgeable people. Dr. Defilippi Is my Dentist and she helped me get a referral to an oral surgeon for my implant. I had an appointment for a cleaning. I was promptly called in. After x-rays, my hygienist told me she was going to use the water tool. I told her I preferred the hand tools so she agreed to use them instead. Her hand was steady. After polishing and flossing, the dentist checked my teeth and said the x-rays were good.

They saw me quickly and were kind, but it was very salesy. They brought me back a clipboard and said it would $1275 after insurance just for a crown and I had to pay it immediately as they don’t offer payment plans. When I said I couldn’t do that they tried to schedule me a few weeks out.
I asked around after my appointment and the price I was quoted is the highest I got. I also said I was open to extraction but wasn’t sure if that was an option and was immediately directed towards a crown. If it is a higher quality crown I wish that had been explained because as far as I know they could’ve been putting in the cheap stuff and charging crazy high.
It just felt a bit like going to a used car lot where you have to do all your research and look around before going in because they won’t tell you things unless you ask and you can’t ask unless you know the questions.
I only came here because Dr. York and his team were incredibly patient and compassionate and they sent me here because I needed something more intense than just a cleaning.
All in all I won’t be returning and if you aren’t a strong advocate for yourself I wouldn’t recommend it for you.

Dr.Defilippi is amazing !! She had me fitted for dentures and walked me though the entire process from start to finish. She knew I was very apprehensive about having my teeth pulled out and she comforted me and answered all of my questions to make me feel at ease. She is the GREATEST !!

They need to spend a little time and money on finding better X ray machines. It was very large and painful. I know from a previous dentist out of state there are much better & more comfortable options. When I expressed this to them they blew me off very rudely and combatively. Please take my constructive criticism. It feels like Factory Dentistry to me, maybe consider renaming yourself. Either way they will never put that thing in my mouth ever again. My family will find an office with the best equipment and doctors and staff who listen to the patient.

So far I just went in for a consultation but I have a pretty extreme phobia of the dentist, major anxiety issues and very sensitive teeth but the doctors and dental assistants made me feel the best they could and I really really appreciate that. They were very speedy with getting my booked for my cleanings, wisdom teeth pulling & other work because I am on a time limit with insurance..which is very rare for a dental place to go out of their way to do that for you. Going in for my deep cleaning tomorrow and feeling a bit scared but a lot better knowing I’m in good hands!
