Worst dental experience, there were several issues this morning, including being taken off the schedule for no show even though I arrived at 7:45 am for an 8:00 am appointment. The worst part was the arrogant Dr, he was condescending of concerns I had about pre-medicating I’ve done for 30 years because “I haven’t heard of pre-medicating for that”. Well that’s fine, I’ll find a practice that has. He didn’t seem to care about what I’ve been through.

I had called my current dentist because I had a tooth break in the front of my dental work. My husband called champagne dentistry and they got me in immediately, sent my dental work to the lab, and scheduled me to pick it up the next day. They did all of this within a 24 hour period and I never even received a call from the other dentist office, after calling them twice. Their staff is so accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend them as a superior dentist to take care of all of your dental needs.
