Welcoming staff as you enter. Attentive to reminding you about your appointment several days prior which is very helpful for me as you make them so far in advance. For my teenage son's visit, the hygienist was through and answered questions. She also check insurance before offering floride.

I always have a good experience at Champagne Family Dentistry. They take me in promptly so I never have a long wait. The hygienist does a thorough but gentle cleaning. Dr. Guillen is always gentle and has never hurt me when I’ve had to get fillings or crowns. Everyone is very nice and Dr Guillen has a great personality. I highly recommend Champagne Family Dentistry.

We had an awesome experience. At such an old age, my dad hates going to the dentist! The young lady that saw my dad and cleaned his teeth was absolutely amazing! I believe her name is Faith.. She took her time, talked to him and engaged with him. She was the sweetest and gave him a hug at the end of the appointment. She made sure to schedule him again in a few months.
