I arrived 20 minutes early for my appt. only to sit for an hour after my appt to be seen. Which takes an hour. I get this dentist where English is a second language and the concept of some words are completely lost.
Of the hour I'm in a dental chair, I see her and her assistant for a total of 15 min. The dentist keeps trying to sell me products and services I don't want.
I get out of that zoo and go up front to settle (mind you, it was clearly established that this was out of pocket) and they present me with a bill for 3x the initial quoted price,
Hand me quotes for astronomical prices (because scummy Medicare leeches) and ask me when I'm going to come back. .
$297 reasons why. I was quoted $90.
If I'm buying your time, I demand your time.
When a customer tells you something, listen!

After years of neglecting myself, The other day I ran into some problems.....Some painful problems. I called Claremont community Dental and the 2 receptionist Lilly and Megan are absolutely amazing! At my first Appointment I met with Kelly and we sat down and discussed a plan on where to start and how I could work on myself to have a better smile 😊 Kelly was amazing and made me feel at home lol
I cannot wait to work on my smile with all the amazing Staff at Claremont Community Dental 😊 Thank you Ladies and Especially Dr. Weaver I can not thank you enough ❤️

The staff was pleasant had the best experience in a dental office I have ever had l have really bad teeth and they were very polite and didn't criticize me because of them I have had a couple bad experiences which made me not want to see a dentist at all I would highly recommend them if looking for dental care

They are very rude towards my daughter and I. They hold my daughter down who is one and force her mouth open. And when i don't do my part they get mad and yell at me, really rude. I had a tooth fall out and i still have half a tooth left in it and i call and asked to be seen they tell me they cant see me i have to go to Keene NH to get checked.

My 4 week old little boy was having a terrible time eating and gaining weight. He went in yesterday morning and we found out that he had a lip tie and a tongue tie! It was fixed right then and there and I already see a big difference! Thank you so much for all your help!

My daughter had a tooth fall out of her swollen face and the spot that her tooth had been had a chunk of the tooth and a blood blister there! I called to have her seen today because she is in so much pain and needs medical attention. First the receptionist said that she hadn't been seen there before then she told me all of my daughters information that was in the computer and still said she hadn't been seen there! Why else would they have her INFO! Then she said she would have to schedule her out to DECEMBER which is 3 weeks out! She probably has an infection that needs an antibiotic and needs the rest of the tooth removed! I will not be doing business with these people again! Clearly they don't know what EMERGENCY is!

I highly recommend Claremont Community Dental. The entire staff is accommodating, kind, reassuring, professional, and knowledgeable. They take the time to collaborate a treatment plan with the patient’s budget in mind. The equipment and office is clean and modern. The staff are highly trained, experienced, and stay current with new dental practices and techniques. Claremont Community Dental also provides a calm atmosphere and takes the fear of going to the dentist away for me.
I have also witnessed them address dental emergencies smoothly and quickly.
To top it all off, they provide early dental interventions to Claremont Elementary School students. They are an asset to our community and I am grateful to be a patient of Claremont Community Dental.
