We had a great experience at Community Dental! It was worth the hour and a half drive from Vermont, and I can see why we were referred here by my daughter’s myofunctional therapist for her frenectomy. My six-year-old was quite nervous about getting numbed, but Dr. Weyhmeyer and her assistants were so patient and encouraging. When she started freaking out, I honestly became worried my daughter wouldn’t cooperate, but she did ultimately and that is 100% because of the doctor and staff. These experiences are not fun for children, but we felt safe and very well taken care of. The front desk staff was also very knowledgeable and helpful with regards to helping me with my insurance submittal. This was my first time submitting directly to my medical insurance, and they walked me through exactly what to do and provided me with everything I needed.

They were so accommodating to my schedule. I went in to get a tooth check and they pulled it the same appointment. No pain, no fainting, they were so nice and so understanding. Kept checking to make sure i was ok and doing well through the entire thing.
A couple years ago my daughter had a lip and tongue tie fixed here as well. We drive an hr for these appointments and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are so gentle and caring. We started going here because except Medicaid, we continue to go here because of how amazing the staff is.

My 9 month old son needed his tongue tie lasered and I was definitely nervous for him and for his recovery. Dr. Wehmeyer and staff were really great at making me feel comfortable though and thoroughly went over everything I needed to know and answered every question I had. They took their time with me and my son before the procedure and waited until we were ready. When I needed questions answered that night I was able to reach Dr. Wehmeyer on her cell phone and it was very comforting that she was there for me and that I was able to more confidently proceed with my sons after care. I was very very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend Community Dental Care & Dr. Wehmeyer to everyone I know.

Though I’ve only been for one procedure, I feel as if I may have finally found a dentist I can stick with. I have had many very bad experiences with other dentists, and these guys have so far catered to the cowardice that stems from those previous experiences.

We are very thankful for how knowledgeable Dr. Wehmeyer is about oral ties and for her only doing the laser procedure when needed! She did a tongue tie revision on my son when he was 10 months old and at 18 months he still wasn't eating solids and because of his age we were referred to a plastic surgeon to put him under anesthesia to preform what we were being told was a tongue, lip and cheek revision. I was uncomfortable with what he wanted to do so I opted for a second opinion by her and I'm so glad I did! After her thorough exam of his mouth, she said his tongue had healed exactly as it should have and he didnt have any other ties. She recommended we see a chiropractor to help him loosen up his upper body, the chiropractor is doing wonders for him! I'm so thankful for her and for sparing my child the pain of a procedure that didn't need to happen again!

Had three teeth pulled. Dr Wilson was amazing really friendly. The lady with blond hair can't remember her name was so amazing and so helpful. They got me right in made sure I was comfortable. Best place around highly recommended. Thank you so much community dental care keep up all your great work.
