I reccomend this office whenever anyone needs a dentist. Dr. Jun Yu is a very skilled dentist who deserves so much praise and more. I've been to dentists who are cold in demeanor and leave me feeling anxious the entire visit. Dr. Jun Yu is the complete opposite. I used to feel so much reluctance and fear when faced with dental appointments but I truly don't feel that anymore. The professionalism here is remarkable. Additionally, his staff is so friendly and inviting, especially his dental assistant. I've seen the same staff throughout the entire time I've been a patient there signaling low turnover rate. This tells me they all work extremely well together and treat each other like family. This definitely carries over into patient care!

Took my children in for their cleanings today. Carly is absolutely THE best for littles—preps them to know what to expect, gentle, patient. She knows how to talk to kids and is amazing at putting them at ease. For my shy preschooler this was 100% ideal. Dr. Yu does a similarly great job. So gentle and efficient. Could not have been better today!

Great staff! Dr. Pollack is a good dentist and I really appreciate that he was selective in selling his business to a great dentist. Dr. Yu is very nice and professional and has a good sense of humor. We will continue to use this practice for our family dentistry needs.

My husband and I both see Dr.Pollack. When I went into his office I hadn't been to see a dentist in 5 years because of a bad experience. I was terrified. Dr.Pollack's office does not feel like going to the dentist. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Dr. Pollack is fast and has never made me feel uncomfortable at all. The hygienists and dental assistants are such nice girls and the front desk staff are so welcoming. We moved to Danvers a year ago and we both still see Dr. Pollack because I don't think I'll ever find another dentists office that I'm as comfortable at as his. Some dentists offices feel like going into a hospital. Dr. Pollacks office is nothing like that. They work with my insurance and there are NEVER any hidden bills that you don't know about. We've known every cost up front before any procedure. I recommend this office to anyone looking for an easy and comfortable experience.
