If you’re looking for a dentist, just stop. I found one for you. It’s Dr. Yu’s office in Nashua. I drive 45 minutes up from Mass just to come here because they are THAT GOOD. Today, I came in for a routine cleaning, but was literally moved to tears (the good kind) in the waiting room as Adam from the front desk patiently talked to me about the protective measures the office uses. They even offered to help me locate some medical grade PPE as I am a teacher about to go back to school. Dr. Yu, Adam, Connie, Trisha and Dennis exemplify what an incredibly caring and compassionate team should look like. These guys are the best!

he is absolutely the hands down best dentist I have ever been too. He's very comforting patient,wants you to be comfortable and makes sure you are. Not only that but his entire staff is amazing. So down t earth and make you feel welcome the second you walk into the door. I highly suggest this establishment. I was so scared of the dentist but now I look forward to my up coming appointments !

Dr. Yu is very gentle for my mother who is an absolute wimp at the dentist. He takes his time to make sure she is in no pain whatsoever. Ashley is such a great hygienist her and I could talk for hours she is so friendly. Mary is at the front desk is an absolute gem radiating smiles and positivity wherever she goes. This is my first "adult" dentist place after going to a pediatric dentist for over 20 years and it's such an inviting place with a great team.

I am so glad I've found Dr. Pollack and his office. Previous experiences with those strip mall dental places have left me unimpressed with wimpy cleanings and unclear plans for handling dental issues. Dr. Pollack's office is the complete opposite. The front desk in particular is so helpful with appointments and handling insurance, referrals and so on. Today I was in, with a babysitter cancelling last minute and my eight year old daughter was in the waiting room during my cleaning being treated so well. She could have been in with me if she had chosen. I have some work that needs to be done and I know I am in good hands.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pollack's for 17-years. I am confident in his (and his staff's) practices and am always greeted with the upmost professional and pleasant team members. The office and equipment is a sanitary environment and my visits are timely plus accommodating to my family's hectic schedule. I can't imagine bringing my family and children anywhere else - I highly recommend Dr. Pollack and his team!

I have a huge amount of anxiety going to the dentist for anything at all. Everyone in the office is great!They go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable! I don't feel like I'm just another face. Everyone remembers you and make you feel safe. I recommend Dr Yu and his team any day! Thank you for making my most dreaded experience easy!

I saw my new dentist yesterday, and told her that Dr. Yu told me at my last appointment that I had 3 cavities. I had a hard time believing that because I had already had a bunch of cavities taken care of a few months prior by Dr. Pollack. Long story short, my new dentist told me no, you do not have cavities, rather some staining on your teeth but nothing troublesome. I was shocked - was Dr. Yu trying to make a quick buck off of me? Makes me wonder if Dr. Pollack was doing the same thing to me. I just wanted to share this, as this is pretty troubling in my opinion.

Dr. Pollack retired and sold his practice. So unfortunate. Gave the new dentist a try.. didn't like him, personally thought he was awkward and made the appointment uncomfortable. Going to a new place now.

I was recommended by a friend who had treatment at Dr Yu's office. I have to say I have had the best dental care ever. I have a lot of problem with my teeth and usually afraid to see a dentist. With the experience at Dr Yu's office, it completely changed my view and realized it can be a procedure that I can relax, and found a great doctor I can rely on. Definitely recommended!

Dr. Jun Yu is the best dentist I had so far. He’s so reliable, friendly, patient, and of course, professional. Smile is always on his face. He treats my teeth with top responsibilities. Explain what, why, how and Provide me the best option and treatment to my teeth. Really enjoy.

My dental anxiety was immediately put at ease, by the kind, professional team in this office! Everyone is pleasant and kind! My comfort is their number one priority!

Being in medicine, I appreciate Dr Pollack's conservative approach to quality dental care and the email appointment reminders are great!!
