Dr. Yu and his team are very polite, professional, and kind. Dr. Yu takes his time to make sure you are absolutely comfortable, and he is very friendly, kind, and gentle. His attitude definitely reflects onto his staff, who also are very kind and professional. 10/10 reccomend.

Not quite sure where to begin..I am pleased to hear dr Pollack has retired since the work he performed was terrible which includes his bedside manner..I had several cavities filled only for them to either fall out or grow a new cavity on top! He dislocated my jaw, which isnt impossible with a small opening to work with however no apologies once..also zero patience and I felt uncomfortable! I have an autoimmune disorder that effects my mucous membranes aka mouth. He had no knowledge in that department and then we have the part where he outright violated my HIPAA rights because he didn't know how to work his new phone system! This is the part that really upset me..he forgot to hang up the phone not realizing that I was still listening to him swear about why should he come in on a Saturday for an emergency when I owed the office a near $100 and that I didnt deserve his time but his words can not be repeated here..then realizing I was listening hung up then called back all nice and eager to help..at the office he basically bribed me by signing a document stating he would cover my past due balance however the stipulations were strict on all levels and I must have been a fool to sign it! He has shady and malicious tendencies and can not be trusted..beware if he comes out of retirement although he was quite young for retirement I must say..I wonder why he dropped off the radar??

Visit Dr. Yu’s office today for my crown replacement. Really good experience. No Need worry for COVID-19. Very clean and safe. Very friendly staff. No mention how nice and professional Dr. Yu is.

Somehow my Google review was taken down probably because I had worked for Dr. Yu in the past. I’m sorry but I do not believe it is Dentistry. Also I know it he is very proud of his 4.7 Google review but if you pay close attention most of those are Dr. Pollack’s the previous dentist.
