I went in the practice with an open mind and I did not have any complaints at all. My first visit was greeted with warm smiles and ease by the staff as well as the doctor. I need a good amount of dental work (This is an understatement), but it was broken down by both the staff and the doctor and explained to me in details about different approaches and options for me. I am going to schedule a visit for the rest of my family as well with Dr. Pilar.
