From the front desk, to the tech, to the dentist they are super friendly. They have great customer service. Feels like old friends. plus a kid friendly place with cartoons in every room. only dentist office in town il use!

The front desk ladies are very cordial and want to help. This about where the good stops. I have an abscess tooth and the doctor refused to give me anything that I couldn’t buy over the counter. Even after I explained I was hurting pretty bad at times. I was scheduled for a root canal only to drive an hour to find out that they scheduled my appointment wrong and that their machine was broken anyway. Will not return here or recommend.

Been waiting on a call back for a week now. I have yet to receive one. I call yesterday and was told I would be called back in 15 or so minutes and now it has been 24 hours. I've been waiting for dentures for 5 months and one week. I would appreciate some communication.

Making appointments are convenient to our busy schedules and quick, wait is minimal so no forever sitting in a waiting room.

They just switched dentists! The old dentist who recently left was amazing. The new dentist was awful. Went to get an extraction, this being my frst experience with her. She asked me several times which tooth to extract, which gave me a very uneasy feeling. Seems like she should have known that ahead of time. She was extremely rough, which caused a lot of undue pain to an already sensitive area. She did not warn me that she was gonna stick me with novacaine and I flinched. She pulled the needle out and then jabbbed the front of my lip. She then scolded me. At that point I opted to end the procedure before something else went wrong. Bare in mind I've had a lot of dental work done and am not particularly scared or sensitive. Wouldn't recommend her to remove a dog's tooth let alone another fellow human. Beware!

I saw Dr. Olague today for fillings and he was very nice. He explained to me what he was doing . He was pleasant and professional. I would recommend him to everyone. Awesome experience!😁

Went to get dentures it’s taken 5 visits still no teeth. The right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing. Cost me $100 for travel and time off work to sit in a chair and look in a mirror. Very unorganized. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!They will make you upset.
