Don’t know anyone who doesn’t hate goin to the dentist. I have no problem whatsoever with it. The care is wonderful but can’t compare to the people I know there. I love Virginia, Doc Reed and Siri. Any chance that arises to send someone their way, I do! See ya’ll in April. Take care and be safe out there in our world of craziness.

The Admin person/receptionist is rude and sarcastic. My sister called to make an appointment. She had been caring for her terminally ill partner for the last 3 years. Her partner passed and she was finally getting back to normal life. She had not been to the Dentist during this time. The receptionist asked several times why she had not been in the past few years. Without going into it, my sister replied the pandemic kept her away. The receptionist said "Oh really? Well, the pandemic was over in 2020. This is 2022." My sister made the appointment then hung up in tears. The Dentist may be great, but this staff member could use a course in dealing with people in a more considerate and kind manner. I'm not sure why the receptionist felt my sister owed her an explanation for not coming in. The reality is, the pandemic was not "over in 2020" - especially for someone caring for an immune compromised individual. The whole exchange was unnecessary, rude and intrusive.

The staff is friendly & welcoming. Siri is the hygienist who cleans my teeth. She is very kind & conscientious in ensuring my teeth are cleaned well. I informed her of an concern & she told Dr Atem Reed, the dentist. Dr. Atem came & spoke with me. This dental group of people give their best service. I feel well taken care of when I visit & they listen to your concerns. A BIG thank you to all the staff & Dr. Atem Reed!
