I just love Cherry Hills Dental. Dr. Reed is amazing. When I cracked my tooth a couple years ago, they were able to fix it quickly with a beautiful crown that fit perfectly. The hygienists are so gentle too. I highly recommend them!

I honestly hate going to the dentist! I take very good care of my teeth so I only have to go for check ups! I have been going to the same Dentist for years and recently switched to Dr. Reed is amazing and so personable! He truly takes the time and doesn’t just come in fast to get you out of the way. The hygienist I had was also very sweet and personable.

So sad to leave this review, as I have been a patient since before Dr. Reed took over the practice. I have referred other people including my husband but I nor my family will not be going back. We had a billing issue with Virginia, that she refused to correct. The insurance initially denied the bill and so Virginia billed us. My husband ended up paying the bill, but after speaking with our insurance provider we found out that they mistakenly denied the bill and we were NOT responsible, and that it needed to be processed again by the billing person (Virginia) but she insisted that we were responsible. This back and fourth went on for weeks until we finally met with Dr. Reed in order to get our money refunded back to us. The issue never got resolved and we walked out of there very disappointed and upset. I really thought that Dr. Reed would do the right thing and return our money to us as this was not our bill to pay. All that needed to be done was for Virginia to bill the insurance again, and they would have paid them. And who knows, maybe she did and they got paid twice, by us and by the insurance!!
