Receptionist embarrassed me by saying they don’t take my insurance when over the phone she said they did. I had to braille her to see my insurance card and yet she argued with me.

I need to give a Big shout out to Julie. She is a God-send. So respectable, confident, personable and gets the job done!!! If it wasn’t for her helping me, I would be looking elsewhere to get my dentures replaced. I had problems from the beginning, the second denture came in and I was about to cry. We looked at each other, she wasn’t happy what she saw, she took the bull by the horns and today I’m the happiest person in the world. My denture is beautiful, I smile with confidence.
