Comfort Dental - Brentwood Hills

I've received a root canal, a crown and and a cleaning; I'm super happy with the care I received from Dr. Baugh and everyone there. The office is clean, modern, pleasant. I wasn't the easiest patient; I required multiple visits and was a bit high-stress about the procedures. But everyone was SO nice and helpful every time I needed anything. I never had to wait long in the front room, or for an appointment. The cost here is lower than many dentists, but the atmosphere and knowledge/exp. of the staff is GREAT and better than more $$ places.

Dentist is was awesome his assistant was a little bit rough during polishing she kept grinding my bottom lips left it pretty sore otherwise was quick to get in and out didn't get my goodie bag but it's all good.

Dr. Johnson gave me the best news! I have one tiny cavity, not 6 cavities. The other location on Lomas past Carlisle was horrible! This Brentwood location is not only closer to home, it felt like home. No lies, no scams, just purity, truth and caring people. Nadia the assistant was adorable and friendly and Tif at the financial desk was a dream to deal with. I have half a mind to call dental association and BBB on the other location. They quoted me over $800.00 for 6 cavities I DO NOT HAVE! Dr. Yang even told me to stop eating candies! I dont eat candy, Dr. Johnson asked if I had braces in my youth and explained that the stains I have are from the glue where my brackets where from my braces. If something feels "off" go somewhere else, get a 2nd opinion. I'm so relieved I did! So is my savings account as I'm a cash paying patient, my dental insurance basically covers nothing. So happy to have found Dr. Johnson and this incredible support staff. 🥰❤🙌

I had severe breakdown on all my teeth due to a previous serious illness. I went in somewhat scared, though within a few minutes felt very comfortable. My first appointment was scheduled only a couple days after the initial phone call to their office. Though the waiting room was busy, I was promptly seen for a consult by Dr. Johnson, and then quickly taken back to have xrays and the exam done. Dr. Johnson was more than gentle and courteous, as each and every staff member and assistant that I have encountered there have been. I have had the "pleasure" of returning for more appointments this week (4 appointments in all), and every single time, it has been a comforting experience. Dr. Johnson is very gentle, and takes appropriate measure to ensure the patient is comfortable and not in pain. He is very informative, and answers every question asked patiently and thoroughly.

I have to say that these 4 visits (1 remaining), have been, hands down, the best dentist appointments I've ever had. Of course, they aren't fun, but he and the staff there have done everything in their power to make the best of this experience. And the work done has been absolutely phenomenal, and looks wonderful!

I have a lot of dental anxiety and they made me pretty comfortable. Dentist explained what he was doing step by step. I recommend them! Did a good job!

I went to Comfort Dental and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helped me with all my needs. I saw Dr. Baugh and was really impressed with him. He is very easy to talk to and I felt like he listened and was honest with me about some concerns I had with my teeth. I will definitely be going back to see him again.

Dr. Baugh outdid himself. He made my fiance who is terrified of the dentist absolutely comfortable with being seen. It took some convincing on my part but Dr. Baugh sold his office on the first meeting. My fiance was impressed with his professionalism and lack of criticism on his poor dental hygiene. He worked with my fiance to come up with a plan to fix his severe dental issues and not once made him feel bad or discomfort for getting in that position in the first place. I have been going to Dr. Baugh for years myself and I highly recommend him also. He did a beautiful job repairing my fiances teeth and also helping me feel comfortable with my own dental hygiene.

Extremely happy with my experience at Comfort Dental and with Dr. Baugh. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful when I asked questions. The actual dental work was quick, painless, and done well. You can't ask for a better visit to the dentist. Very impressed.

I have been a patient here for about 8 years. I had moved from Washington State and needed to find a new dentist. All I can say is I'm glad I came here and found Dr. Baugh. Everything I have had done has been top notch. And I have had crowns, two bridges, and extractions done, so it has not been for just routine cleanings. The staff is always friendly. I agree that they seem to rush from room to room, but that is a small price to pay when their rates are so much lower than other dentists. They even agreed to see my granddaughter who was six at the time, and terrified of dentists. She sees Dr. Johnson and she adores him. She's been his patient now for 3 years and is not afraid to go to the dentist anymore. I have referred this office to everyone I know.
