I couldn't be seen today because I didn't have my insurance info. I've been coming to comfort dental for 10 years already. I've been at my same job for 2 and 1/2 years. I don't understand why every single time I come in I have to show my insurance information. They build me the last time 6 months ago and it went through just fine. So why all the trouble?

The personnel is great. Unfortunately today I had to wait 30 minutes for the dentist to come in to clean my teeth after the hygienist had polished them. It would have been nice for someone to update me after the first 10-15 minutes of waiting.

I'm very difficult to get numb. I've had multiple dentists ask me not to come back. I may have bit more than one dentist. Anyway Dr Baugh managed to get me very numb on the very first go. He not only initiated my crown but he went ahead and added some feeling while I was numb. I will absolutely be going back for my cleaning and any other maintenance I need in the future.
