This is a Low Quality dental practice primarily treating low income Medicaid insurance. Staff was polite & very kind. Dr Johnson, however, had a very lackadaisical approach to my personal dental care. He wasn't too concerned whatsoever re: my 'exposed' tooth from the loss of one of my ceramic crowns. Dr Johnson didn't even offer to put a temporary crown while we were awaiting "approval" from my Ins. He still refused to keep several appts even after my Ins gave Approval.
I am completely Dissatisfied & totally Disappointed with this individual "franchised" Comfort Dental practice! There are many other dentists within my United Healthcare Insurance Network. Thankfully, I've found a caring + professional dental practise... Quintana Dental, Albuquerque.
I would highly recommend searching several other dentist practices offered within your Insurance Network... prior to settling on Comfoert Dental.

I was seen today as a walk in, I called at 12 was given walk in times and was seen within 30 minutes of arrival. 😊 My regular dentist was not there so I saw Dr. Stewart. He was fast professional and to the point. Great bedside manner. The entire staff was friendly and professional.
