I went to New Age Dentistry and Dr Grewal gave me a Dry Socket which took almost 5 months to heal. a Dry Socket is when they extract a tooth and remove the blood clot at the same time and the Bone is exposed. and a dry socket takes a long time to heal and very painful. and til this day I am in a lot of pain in that extraction. very disappointed. all I advise is do your research and make sure about the dentist you choose.

Very prompt and reliable service. Dr. Grewal is efficient and actually prioritizes the needs of his patients. He was transparent and answered all questions that I had honestly, so that I was able to be prepared, and knew exactly what to expect before, during, and after my procedure. These seem to be rare qualities in ABQ so I will definitely be back. I appreciate the fine work that is done here.

Wow sad worst customer service..
had a family of 5 schedule last week they only seen kids so reschedule for my husband n myself. got the confirm for my husband's appointment but not for myself we showed up they called him back had me waiting over 20 minutes (with this Corona19) I watched the next appointment go back and ask what about my appointment.. I get back we called you but no answer didnt bother to tell me once we walked in plus I clearly filled out 5 packets with all my numbers.. they called my husband phone to confirm his... once I was aware that they canceled my appointment I wanted to let my husband know n I was not allowed in the back but last week i was.. wow what's really going on here need something done.. will not bring my family here again!!! Unprofessional customer service. If I could I wouldn't give them no stars. Rude girls in front office.

That is the ONLY reason I’m finding a new place to go. It felt like I was talking to a teenager trying to a schedule/confirm an appointment. Rude and hopefully they find a new person soon because everyone else is very nice!

Dr. Grewal and his staff are wonderful. They're friendly, as well as professional. Once, my transportation company forgot to return for me. Dr. Grewal went beyond the call of duty. He could've left me to fend for myself, but he didn't. He offered and gave me a ride home. As long as I live in this area, I won't go anywhere else!!!!?
