NM Community Dental & Med Spa

NM Community Dental has been amazing!!! The staff, the Dentist and the Hygienist are all wonderful. My disabled daughter had not been to a dentist for several years and was badly in need of dental work. Every visit has been smooth and painless for her. I am extremely grateful for the exceptional service they provide.

This place is a bait & switch scam. I came in for an exam because I was having a toothache on a tooth that already has a crown. I didn't go to my usual dentist who did the crown because I'm currently unemployed and uninsured so thought I would qualify for their low income program.

I somehow didn't qualify for the program despite having essentially NO income, and they told me they can't tell what is going on underneath the crown and recommended redoing the crown as well as filling three other cavities which was going to cost over $1600. They offered for me to apply for their CREDIT CARD to cover the cost, which I thought was extremely predatory.

The diagnosis didn't sit right with me so I ended up going to my normal dentist. He was able to confirm there was no cavity under the crown with x rays and didn't see any other cavities. Told me the tooth pain was likely due to stress clenching at night. I started wearing a guard at night and took some other recommended steps and the pain cleared up.

Really glad I got a second opinion and avoided getting swindled by NM Community Dental.

NM Community Dental is a great place for your dentist, Dr Lantz plus his staff are awesome. I'm satisfied with everything they have done for me I recommend coming here I think you'll be pleased, Dr Lantz actually listens to what you have to say.
They have just opened up a spa, has quite a few things you can do there I think I'm going to check that out also.

Had some major work done and they were excellent in dealing with me, considering the amount of pressure they had to do. I'm in quite a bit of discomfort, but I knew I would.

I want to thank the staff very much for helping me through this ordeal.

Very bad. No teaching or plan of care.
Dentist appeared to not care for me as his patient. I needed retreat on a root canal...
I left message after message n nobody returned call. I suffered through out that pain. Dentist or any staff members retired my call. Only when they want money they call u over n over to see if ur going to make appt.
People do not fall for this community dental. Very poor care.

Miss. Gina did such an amazing job taking the X-rays of my teeth made me feel comfortable, then came back to my rescue when the doctor came in! Dr. Lantz proudly assured me that I was ok after being traumatized by previous dentists this is where you wanna go to feel comfortable!

Poor Communication Didn't call patient's to let them know Office was going be closed. Voicemail not updated to aware patient's office was closed. Especially having to take time off work drive to the office and just find the gates closed and locked with a note saying closed due to weather. The Weather was just Cold & Windy I'm not understanding because I was still getting text messages reminding me of my appointment stating see you soon..! This is not the 1st time my appointment was cancelled without being notified. Maybe it's time to find a New Dentist

This place was amazing you could tell that they were very educated and patient. the assistant (Samantha) and the dentist Dr. Lantz were so good and eased my discomfort of having to go to a dentist they assured me in the best way that I would be treated with care. They express knowledge and compassion and I highly recommend this place for anyone and their dental needs.

The clinic is the best place they always check for your insurance check to see if you have a copay and yhey call you about 10mim after that and the lady has gloves on she makes sure you have the plastic glass and the equipment she use is clean when i come i always have Cookies for them cause the do hood and frendly also they can keep doing what they do and yhey always txt me anout my appointment as a reminder thank for the eork they do

A tad expensive considering they are attempting to provide dental care to those with less means…. However, their quality of care and quality of work is absolutely the best. The staff listen and go out of their way to make sure they are not causing any pain.
The quality of the work the dentist and his amazing assistants do is fantastic!
