I went to see Dr. Haight for TMJ treatment and received a splint that was delayed due to manufacturing problems and then broke after a week. I called to confirm the repaired splint had arrived before showing up my appointment and was told it had. When I got there I sat in the chair for 30 minutes before I got up to leave. On my way out the staff asked me if I wanted to settle my account and I told them I didn't have a splint. Dr Haight called me the next day and apologized that the splint had not arrived back from the supplier. He was nice and apologetic and referred me to another Dr who I could work with.
