I have been going to Dr. Rivera for over 15 years. This is our family dentist. The staff is warm and freindly. My kids love going here too. It doesn't have a bunch of gimmicky kids stuff....just really kind and caring dental hygienists that chat with my kids and remember little details about them. My son is a little apprehensive about medical offices and he has had to have some restorative work but he has done great with him. I love the way my teeth feel after a cleaning they are very gentle but through. I've had to have restorative work done and what I truly appreciate,is how gentle Dr Rivera is. He really listens and his staff works very hard too make you very comfortable. The office staff is awesome too. Norma knows her stuff when it comes to insurance and claims.. honestly I wish my primary healthcare providers office ran as smoothly.

10/29/20 The most comfortable dental experience I have had. I think the staff did a great job of easing the situation by being professional and polite. Dr Rivera has skills and i didn't feel any pain. Before the procedure, I was advised of all potential options. I will return here from now on. Highly Recommended!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr Louis Rivera for over 20yrs. I recommend him and his office to anyone looking for a great dentist. He is great with children, he has taken care of my daughters since they were 3. We left for a brief time due to insurance, however we were back for our next cleaning. I paid a little more, but he was worth ever penny. He will be my Dentist as long as he is practicing. Also, his team is fantastic. Thank you all at Dr Rivera's office for being great.

Dr. Rivera and his staff are the BEST. My family and I have been coming here for over 20 years, and they have been exceptional. Dr. Rivera always calls and checks on me and my family members in the evening, if we had a procedure done that day. You sure don't find that these days. He takes the time to listen to any concerns you may have, and has a plan to help you accomplishing end result. My daughters are all grown up with families of their own, but continue to go to Dr. Rivera, even though they live further away. Dawn (my hygienist for last 18 yrs) is wonderful, and also Norma has helped out tremendously with all insurance paperwork. :-)

Dr. Louis Rivera is an excellent dentist. He and his staff utilize new and advanced equipment. Also during these COVID times he has safe practices which I really like because aside from safe practices the rooms feel much more private. He explains everything very well and what to expect. I am happy with the care I receive from Dr. Rivera. The receptionist is Norma and she is the first and last person I see at the practice and she's always very kind and efficient.
