Wonderful dentists. Both Jason and Kerry are excellent dentists. Very professional and gentle. I've never been able to decide which one I prefer, I just let fate determine who gets to drill next. 😀 Their support staff is also very good; Debbie has been cleaning my teeth, twice a year, for over 20 years now. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Kerry Ross is an artist! She replaced two crowns for me and they match my teeth beautifully. Her assistants were great, too and I couldn't be happier with my new smile. Thanks so much, Ross Family Dental. I recommend them highly!

I first saw Dr. Kerry in 2015. I moved out of state and came back to ABQ in 2020. I was so excited to be able to see Dr. Kerry again. I absolutely trust her with my dental care and feel taken care of. Since I have been back she is fixing previous dental work that my out of state dentist made no mention of. The difference of working with Dr. Kerry instead of the out of state dentist has been truly incredible. I am so happy to be her patient again!

Our experience with Ross Family Dental turned out to be quite horrendous. We became patients about a year and a half ago because some friends of ours recommended them, after we had to leave our dear dentist of 15 years because of an insurance change. While the receptionists and office manager were not ever welcoming and friendly, both dentists were awesome! We also enjoyed our hygienists. We had to cancel our accounts with them because they scheduled my husband incorrectly, he emailed them letting them know their mistake because it was supposed to be the following week. They argued and told us we were wrong but
agreed to reschedule the appointment in March. The following week we got another text and email stating that he had the originally scheduled appointment that they had just told us we were mistaken about the week before. We didn’t respond because we assumed it was a mistake (a computer based error) and thought we could trust them, thinking that they had scheduled us for March. Our BIG mistake. Assuming the appointment was scheduled for March we did not respond to the text or email for the appointment that they insisted didn't exist. Later on, we received a letter in the mail stating that he had 2 no shows and we owed an obscene amount of money. When I called to dispute it and see what could be done, the office manager answered and she was cold, argumentative and absolutely condescending. I usually never engage in arguments when someone speaks to me in this way but she was so disrespectful that the conversation escalated. I was in shock by her behavior. I’ve never ever been spoken to by someone from the medical field or from any doctor’s office in that way. She refused to let me speak, speaking over me and said over and over again that the reason they send out texts and emails is to cover themselves, but refused to take any responsibility for the scheduling mistakes. I took her responses as "we send them to cover ourselves, in the event that we mess up, and if you don't respond to every time we mess up than we can charge your account." I told her this, and attempted to express my disappointment with her unwillingness to hold her receptionists accountable for their error and she refused to take any responsibility. My husband and I both work full time and I help care for my sick mother. Having to continually respond to their emails and texts for their scheduling errors is completely unacceptable. After she was done being completely unprofessional and condescending, I asked her to cancel our accounts with them. I contacted my insurance immediately to tell them about my experience and plan on giving this review to as many places as I can. It may not make a big difference in writing this review but if I can prevent just one person from having to interact with this woman, and experiencing the incompetence of their office staff (in regard to scheduling) then at least I'll feel like I've done something to help someone. If you are looking for an excellent dental provider, I recommend Dr. Fritz D.D.S. She is the best and we've never had a bad experience with them. Their office staff is prestige!

Ross family dental is exactly like the name suggest FAMILY! Dr. Kerry is amazing and so is Jason. My 4 year old had 3 cavities!! Dr. Kerry promised she would be able to get her to let her fill them. When we got to the appointment we were only going to fill one and Dr. Kerry said lets try for all three! I was nervous but I know Dr. Kerry is so awesome!! So I said lets try! SHE WAS AWESOME! she distracted my daughter so much she had no idea she was getting a shot in her mouth and was able to do all three!!! With out sedation of any kind! THANK YOU DR. KERRY! and The assistant was wonderful too (sorry I was so nervous I forgot her name) but she was so kind and gentle not to scare my little one so she would let them do it! AMAZING-

Both Jason and Kerry Ross are great dentists. The staff is awesome as well. I’ve really never had a bad experience and the care about your well being.

Best dentist I've found. I fly back from Dallas just to go here. Service is great, cleanings are thorough, and Jason and Kerry are fantastic dentists. I would recommend to anyone in the area.
