THEY WILL LEAVE YOU CRYING IN PAIN NO MATTER HOW OLD YOU ARE I DONT WANT ANYONE ELSE TO GO THROUGH THIS!
The dentist numbed me without warning and let me leave with a tooth infection because he didn’t think my pain was real, they offer a deal if you leave a 5 star review but I’m taking my 5 stars back I think the dentist doesn’t like me. I have really bad anxiety was crying in the chair and he didn’t offer any sort of kindness he didn’t even say a word to me only the dental assistants were kind and courteous but that doesn’t help when Eric Meyers is stabbing you with no warning I’ll give a star for the assistants. But this guy had a vendetta against people who don’t take good care of their teeth and it’s not fair. I’m a person too with feelings and he RUINED dentists for me. I need so much work done and now I’m anxious because of how I was treated by him. He was never nice he always talked to me like I was an idiot. I wouldn’t go here because of the 5 star reviews that they beg people to post. The wait times are long and the dentists are pretty mean.

I visited here because my filling fell off that I had for a long time. Dr. Timothy Ngo and staff members are so professional, kind and friendly. I was fully informed what is going on and Dr. Ngo explained me thorouly how to treat this. While I was treated, I could not feel any pain or discomfort ( usually I do when i am in dental office). It was very pleasant. Also, During treatment, he and his assistant kept checking in on me if I feel ok and kept informing what they are doing. I will definitely go back here if my teeth are in pain. Thank you for great care, Dr. Ngo and staffs.
