I needed alot of work done I had 2 teeth pulled and a crown and alot of filings. All the staff was nice. Doc John was very very good. He was mindful of my pain and would take care of my pain be for he would start working again it was about 3 hours of work he did a great job my teeth fell better and look better.
So thank you John and the kids choice dental staff. I will only be going to this dentist office from now on. Thank u all.

Just WOW!! I wouldn’t even take my dog here!! Thanks to the doctors at this facility my five-year-old daughter will now forever be traumatized because they don’t know how to properly put caps on children . She had fillings done in July and we’ve already had TWO come off since!!! I’ve done my research and as far as any medical professional is concerned if the cap is placed on correctly, it would not come off until the child looses their tooth completely. The first cap popped off 3wks ago, I was unable to bring her to this clinic because they couldn’t accommodate us so we had to wait over the weekend through their Monday holiday, and finally on Tuesday we were able to get in at the other location. Not even one week later the second cap came off!!! Being that we were already at the dentist shy from a week ago, My daughter expressed how afraid she was having to go back yet again. When I called and made the appointment I expressed to the clerk that she’s building a phobia against the dentist due to these fillings continuously coming out and that I want her to be on some kind of anesthesia or numbing medication so she does not feel anything. When we arrive to the dentist they took us to the room in the back did an x-ray, told us to Dr. would be and talk to us next thing you know he sticking his fingers inside of her mouth putting the cap on while she screaming bloody murder and he’s not doing anything to help her get comfortable!! He didn’t tell me what he was doing, nor did he ask me any questions. I myself was traumatized for her, actually had to step out of the room to avoid my mother instincts from unleashing . To top it off the doctor was smirking at me the entire time I expressed on how important it is to do research on his patients before walking into the room. I’ve been in the medical profession for years working with OB/GYN’s, pediatricians, primary care physicians, and never in my life have I seen a doctor talk to a parent the way that doctor talked to me. He wasn’t at all concerned for my daughter never once apologized to her or to me. A doctor like that shouldn’t be working with children. The only people that have ever been a great experience is the front staff and maybe one or two MA’s . I can’t even pinpoint the doctors at suck because the last two that I’ve encountered with at this facility have not been professional and their work that comes undone, speaks for itself!!! It’s highly unfortunate that I now have to repair my daughters thoughts of the dentist because of this doctors lack of communication with his staff and patients parents. Thanks a lot Family Choice!!! We’ll remember you for a lifetime.

*** Edited *** I am updating my review from 5 stars to 1. I have no complaints about the dentist whatsoever, he is great, and I have had great service up to this point, however, I had to cancel a couple of appointments last minute due to being in direct contact with someone confirmed with Covid-19. Before I can reschedule, they are going to charge me $50 bucks per appointment (2). So, I guess being exposed to Covid-19 isn't a good enough reason to cancel an appointment and have the cancelation fees waived? On top of that, they told me an afternoon appointment wasn't available until next year. Really? So, you're booked out that far ahead and you're worried about a measly $50 fee from someone that would have remained a loyal customer to your establishment?
