I have had no problems with going there myself, but I was not at all impressed by how they handled my two year old this morning. It was her first visit and they were aware of this. The hygienist started cleaning her teeth without talking to her about it much at all. Briefly showed her the tools but didn’t really talk to her about it. My daughter was fine for the top but then became uncomfortable and was screaming by the bottom half. I wish I had put a stop to it. I was honestly shocked. There was no need for her to continue cleaning her teeth - in my opinion she was too young for that anyway. So then of course when the dentist came in and looked she was very upset and screamed again. No encouraging words at all. Just all business. She didn’t get a prize or anything which I found to be absolutely ridiculous when they have a machine there that takes tokens for prizes. It is a fine dental place for adults or older children but I would definitely NOT bring a toddler here. Luckily the dollar store was next door and I got her a prize myself. I don’t expect prizes to be given out at all appointments but seriously she is only two and it was upsetting for her and would have made a difference I think. At least they could have talked to her with an encouraging voice. It was like they didn’t think she could understand anything and we’re not even talking to her. She is very vocal and communicates well and most two year olds can understand most of what is being said.

Highly recommended Dr.Ngo and Sunset Dental!!! He is very knowledgeable and courteous. He helped my dad extracted 2 wisdom teeth this morning and it went quickly with little to no pain. The entire staff working at this office are very professional and friendly so you can feel more calm and at ease even if you have dental fears. They would take their time explaining to you about the procedure in details and what they going to do to help with your dental problems. The office is very spacious and clean. My dad still has to come back for more works done and he actually said he's looking forward to his next appointment with Dr. Ngo and his team!
