The young lady that cleaned my teeth, was friendly and did a good and gentle job and Dr Williams was thorough with my exam to clear me for up coming surgery. It was a good experience. I will be returning for needed dental work when I can.

Taking back my wonderful review. I used the Rock Rock website to make an appt. Wilmenia was so inprofessional. Shared with me that the 9am appt was already book by Zohnnie and because I book thur the website I had to reschedule. She wanted ME to straighten this out with the online booking agency or NEXT I should call to make an appt. I tried to talk and explain but she kept talking. When i expressed my disappointment with her customer service skills she pointed out that she was the office manager. I pointed out the my loyality and that not only was I a Patient but my children were as well. She said "Your welcome to go somewhere else I will just cancel your appointment. Thank you and hung up. How rude!

The front office needs to step their game up and understand the patient's time is just as valuable as the staff's. I had an appointment set for the 29th, had been set for a year, they called to reschedule and I confirmed the appointment. They text my HUSBAND'S phone not mine to confirm a 2nd time which I did. Then they call and leave a vm to confirm a 3rd time. How many times do I need to confirm this appointment? I didn't call a 3rd time. I get to the appointment and am told because I didn't confirm the 3rd time in scheduled but they have to "work me in". I waited 30 minutes then left clearly they don't need or want my business.

They were obviously having a busy morning, but got me in and out really quickly and were very nice. I only took one star off because I had to wait for 10 minutes to go back, but that's the first time that's ever happened and I've been going there 2 years.
