Waited a whole hour in the waiting room after our appointment time. I saw good reviews and tried it for the first time and was disappointed. At the same time we waited, another woman walked out because she waited so long. We also noticed a woman came in and one of the front desk secretaries knew her and the secretary called her ahead of everyone else that was waiting. So we won’t be coming back. Cancelled our future appointments. The one good thing is the staff was nice as well as the dentist but I’m going back to desert hills dental care because we get the same nice treatment In a great time frame. Our wait time at DHDC is less than 5 minutes with my 3 kids then we’re in and out.
