Almost perfect. I'd grade 90%. Went in, was greeted. Didn't have to wait longer than three minutes. Everyone was polite. All my concerns were addressed. I was encouraged to take care of my teeth, but not nagged. Cheerful small talk. I had my teeth cleaned, polished, and sanded without pain. I was out the door within a half hour.
