The office manager is unprofessional, rude and unorganized. When my mother arrive for her dental appointment, she was questioned by the office manager about the dental procedure that was needing to be completed. The dental procedure should have been documented by the dentist and found in her file. Also, the dentist should have been consulted instead of the patient/my mother. When the office manager was informed a complaint will be filed, she response with a condescending stating that the complaint will not be heard since she will talk with them first. I don't recommend this office for any dental work.

Everyone was real polite , the doc came up with a great plan to fix my teeth even though I originally just went in for a toothache he came up with a good plan to fix teeth I didn't think I could fix because of insurance restrictions but he figured it out snd were gonna hopefully get it all fixed up great office great dentist plus they got me in as a new patient way sooner than any of the other places I called

Accepted my delta care insurance, got my teeth cleaned the same day. And was cool, they were open on a Saturday, which most dental offices are closed. Scheduled my next appointment on Friday August 31rst. Thanks red rock dental.

First dental appointment for my daughter thumbs up with Dr. Owen he explained well the do and don'ts after the service done. I don't hear any complain from my daughter. She is following up her 2nd appointment for 2nd appointment. The Customer Service are very helpful and and answered all my questions.
