First of all, and for what it's worth, Dr. Porter here is fabulous! You couldn't ask for a better Dentist! He's amazing! Five stars for him all day every day!

However, the Admin staff here are beyond awful! They are rude, inconsiderate, and obviously do not care about clients or customer satisfaction, let alone retention. What a shame! Allow me to elaborate.

I had an appointment scheduled for December 30, 2020, and received a call from their administrative staff late the afternoon of December 29, 2020. I was reminded of my appointment, but TOLD I'd have to take a Covid-19 test, at their office, before being seen. When I inquired about this new procedure, I was informed that the office was now "advanced", and being tested was the only way I'd be seen. When I asked about HIPPA compliance and who all the information would be shared with, I was rudely told if I was negative, nothing would be shared, but if I were positive, they'd share it with the state. When I objected, I was told, "you can go elsewhere, but this is the way it is here!" No assurances, no explanations, no alternative options, just a demand and like it or not approach!

I asked to speak with Dr. Porter, and was told, "this is not Dr. Porter's practice, he doesn't make decisions here." So I asked to speak with whomever was in charge. I was told, "that would be Dr. Peterson, but you don't need to speak with him. This is the way it is."

Needless to say, I cancelled my appointment. Not so much because of their policy to try to keep everyone as safe as possible, but how they went about it. Don't call the day before to inform clients of massive changes to policy. Don't disregard HIPPA compliance! When I mentioned that they could have done this earlier, they said, "would it matter when we told you?" Really? Just beyond rude and without care or concern.

Stay away from this place! Beyond rude! What a shame!

Great. Stephanie was really a very good hygienist and conversationalist. I know it sounds funny that we had time to talk. I actually enjoyed having a teeth cleaning.

Awesome staff! Awesome experience! I called to schedule an appointment this week and Oscar got me an appointment the very next morning! From that point forward the staff proved to be the most amazing dental staff I've ever been around. I can't believe the efficiency with which their office coordinates so that the patient has a wonderful experience. Heather was my hygienist, super sweet but more importantly skilled. And Dr. Ross is awesome, talk about a people-person! Upon leaving, I was presented with an estimate of how much the recommended procedures (based on my routine exam that day) would cost me. To my surprise, the office manager had already contacted my insurance provider to see how much they covered and presented what my portion/total cost would be. I was amazed! Usually it's a guessing game when it comes to medical expenditures, but not with Las Cruces Dental Solutions! And another perk, all their forms are online so you can submit before even walking into their office, thus keeping your wait time down! They are polite, professional, and punctual. Can't recommend this dental office enough.

Great service! Dentist is always quick, courteous, professional. The staff is very friendly. Clean aland relaxing atmosphere. No one loves going to the dentist but I do love my dentist and their staff. Not to mention very handsome doctors 🙂

I just got my first cleaning here, and I have to say I love it! Everyone here is very, very nice and helpful. I feel very comfortable with the environment and everyone here, I am very happy to have found such a nice dentist office!

Very professional office. Dr.Peterson is an excellent dentist who listened to my concerns and addressed them 100%. I like the fact that he is a perfectionist which means you walk out the door with quality work. The staff is very professional and made my experience pleasant. The office hours made it very convenient to schedule appointments around my work schedule. Chris and Loni are great assistants. Thanks LCDS- I have no problems recommending you to my friends and family!

Great service!! The staff are all super friendly. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment. The place is very clean. I love this place and definitely recommend if you don’t know where to go.

First time here and I had great experience and service. I was attended by Regina, she gave simple and easy instructions to follow and made it a great experience. Doctor Porter also was great, gave information I asked for and made it a great experience to come back.

I had a great experience with my cleaning, front staff was great, I had my appointment on time. My hygienist Justice did a great job. Dr. Trujillo had some good recommendations.
