I am a complicated case, with advanced periodontal disease, a battle I won't ultimately win.
I am in between periodontists at the moment, and my experience with Las Cruces Dental Solutions so far has been very positive. The office uses the latest technology in every aspect, not just its tools, but its scheduling and billing, too. I appreciate the text message reminders and ease of scheduling appointments online. I appreciate Tanya in billing, who takes the time to estimate payments ahead of time, explain charges and is patient with insurance complications.
The place is clean and inviting. The staff is friendly. And not once have I, or my husband, had to wait. Appointments are honored at their scheduled times.
My last visit was made especially pleasant by dental assistant Chris. He's a keeper, very warm, helpful and efficient. He didn't make me feel bad about the state of my teeth/gums, either, of which I'm doing everything I can to make better.
I would recommend anyone to give Las Cruces Dental Solutions a try. The dentists are informed, up-to-date and very capable.

On my initial contact w/ LC Dental Solutions, I was impress that they took me the same day right after I hung up the phone. I went in w/ a plan of what I wanted to do and told the Doctor. He sat down with me and listened to what I wanted and we came up with a game plan of achieving the smile I want. They staff was very professional and friendly as well as informative. This is the second time I have visited the office and it was even better than the first time. Very short wait time, exceptionally friendly staff, they were very thorough and the part that I was really impressed with the most was the fact that they seemed genuinely concerned with my well-being, not how much money they were going to make off of me. I have to schedule a crown soon and I will definitely be doing so with LC Dental Solutions. This visit was only a cleaning but was the best experience I have ever had in a dentist's office, I surprisingly left in a great mood!

First rate experience overall. My wife had her crown fall out. Dr. Hale, and his assistant Edmundo, as well as the front desk Acacia, were all able to administer services including COVID testing. We were fearing the worst coming in, but experienced the best possible outcome, as the extraction of the root was achieved in less than 5 minutes, after my wife was anethesized in a comfortable, effective manner. We will be long term clients going forward.

I was so nervous when I woke up to pain and swollen gums. I searched for a clinic and found LCDS. I was met with exceptional service from the time I placed my call for an appointment. The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly when I arrived. Next, the X-ray tech was thorough and kind. He also assisted with finding an appointment the same day to take care of my swollen, painful gums. Oh and my dentist was awesome and helped me understand the potential source of my issue! I was booked for later that afternoon. They accommodated my need to take care of work related business. My appointment with the hygienist (Patricia) was probably one the best medical service I have ever received! She was extremely patient and provided top notch service and care. Lastly, my visit to the payment window was another interaction with friendly professionals. The business is well managed, clean, comfortable and operated by professionals who cared about my needs. I highly recommend LCDS.

The Dentist (s) and their staff are professional, caring and listen to individual needs. I am allergic to a variety of medication and have unusual side effects from anesthetic/anesthesia; and am highly sensitive around my teeth. The Dentist listened, and paid close attention to my particular needs. I also switched dental insurance recently, and made sure when I picked a new dental insurance it included a plan where I could continue to go to Las Cruces Dental Solutions! The payment plans make it so simple to get the work done our family needs, in a timely manner.

It was great first visit. The dental hygienist was easy to talk to and she helped make sure everything was clear and everything was clean. It’s a nice dental office with some pretty updated technology. I would highly recommend.
