The recent experiences of my husband and I at LCDS were amazing. During Labor Day weekend, my molar exploded with an infection. On Tuesday, the staff were able to accommodate my emergency and Dr. Petersen spent three hours repairing the problem. On Thursday, my husband learned of a substantial amount of work that he would need. In both instances, all staff members and especially each dentist, were accommodating, respectful, informative, and were willing to spend as much time with us as necessary to answer our questions. The willingness to offer various payment options is wonderful, and, in this day and age, enlightened!!! We are both grateful to all of you for your excellent work and commitment to providing outstanding patient service.

Worst service ever! It seemed that I wasn't going to get help with my emergency problem unless I agreed to pay 1,000+ for a new crown. They had me waiting more than an hour only to escort me out without being helped. Dr. Trujillo didn't seem too concerned in helping me. Since I didn't agree to the treatment where I had to pay $1,000+ I wasn't helped at all!!!! The staff seemed more concerned in having a party in the background!!

Staff are very friendly and the doctors are experienced. Had a minor issue with insurance but it was quickly dealt with. Dr. Hale is very understanding and is very willing to work with his patients. He is a very kind individual and is one of the best dentists ive had. Their office is very clean, they are very diligent with Covid regulations, and even do rapid on-site Covid tests. They make sure to call to make sure im informed about new issues. I would recommend them highly.
