The staff at Las Cruces Dental Solutions is always friendly. They have gone out of their way to help me find financing, since I have no insurance (with a finance company that I am grateful I now know about, because I also plan on using for other procedures in the future). Dr. Petersen is always upbeat and energetic, and he has been generous in working with my financial situation.

I am personally someone who really can't stand the dentist as it gives me a bit of anxiety but the Staff were awesome and so friendly and super fast, they all made me feel really comfortable with everything going on and the prices were really good as I paid out of pocket, would highly recommend!

I give Las Cruces Dental Solutions 5 stars!! It was my first time visit and they had the friendliest staff I've met in a dentist office! I called around and couldn't find any dentist office that had an appointment that same day, but when I talked to Las Cruces Dental Solutions they got me in within a couple of hours as an appointment! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Tanya, she was at the front desk, and handled all my paperwork. It was actually very fast, I was back getting my exam within 10 minutes. Patricia gave me my cleaning, and she was very nice and gentle. When the dentist, Dr. Mackey, came in he was also very polite and professional. Everyone who worked there had microphones in their ears so it was very convenient and quick for everyone to help out. At the end of my visit Tanya set me up with my next appointment which works around my schedule, she is awesome! All around my experience was great, and I'm very happy to have found a good place to get my dental work done :)

After going to several dental offices, I finally found one that works with me. I have anxiety and all the hygenists here are great in helping me relax. Justice was friendly and awesome. Thank you for your hard work.

Dentists are great at their job, however I will give a two star review because their billing staff is TERRIBLE. They will call you to say payments did not run or you haven't made a couple of payments, even when they did and you have receipts for them. If you try to update payment information with new card info they will ignore your requests and say they did only for billing date to come along and say 'I'm sorry your card was declined,' even though you had already asked to update your card information. Honestly, they need to hire new people in the billing side, how can you run a reputable business when you don't even trust the people who are taking your cash? Also they call you during work so you can help them correct their dumb mistakes, which is so inconvenient to people who actually work.

Great experience. Initial waiting time was minimal. Hygienist, Vanessa, was very thorough, gentle, personable and kind. Wait for dentist was a little longer, but acceptable. Dr. Wagner was also very nice. The exam was comprehensive, and he even fed a minor smoothing of 1 of a tooth right then so I. Didn't need to return another day. I will definitely return, as well as recommend.
