I made an appointment at Aspen Dental after having a very bad experience with another dentist in Los Lunas. Everyone at Aspen Dental was welcoming and very helpful. I had X-rays done and a 3D Scan of my teeth which made it easier for me to see what work was needed. They also explained everything to where I could understand. The biggest highlight of this FIRST visit was that they gave me information about my teeth and mouth health that no other dentist has ever told me! If you are deciding which dentist to see, choose Aspen Dental. They are great and very affordable and offer pay plans. They even have more discounts if they are in your insurances’ network.

Dr. Ash was amazing and talked me through everything, which is helpful considering panic at the dentist is normal for me. The assistant that worked with me were fantastic as well. Nicole at the front desk was a miracle worker. Literally everyone at the Los Lunas branch provided stellar service.

I was pretty impressed. I had a dental emergency and called at 1:00 pm. They said get here by 3:30 and we will see you. I got there and they delivered. I got a very comprehensive exam, at no cost. Unfortunately my problem required an oral surgeon. The next day they were great at helping me get in to see one despite their surgeon being booked out for 6 weeks. Even though my exam was no cost, they were kind enough to forward my xrays they had just taken. They were very personable knowing the severity of my situation, which is still scary. Hopefully all will be well after my initial treatment with the surgeon and I will be healed enough to go finish my treatment plan with this office.

The best experience I've ever had at any dental clinic starting with Tim who helped me set my appointments for myself and my family to the entire staff at the clinic including the Dr:) they were all so helpful and patient even though they were short staffed. My son and I still had a great experience! So happy I finally found a new dental family to take care of my family's and my dental needs. I've already bragged about them to my friends!

Lost my teeth, they assured me they could make new ones by tomorrow when I had a dinner planned. Showed up at 8:00 and dentist informed me he would not make a temporary bridge for bottom. He wanted to pull teeth and grind bone. Tried to tell him I just wanted a 4 tooth temporary bridge to get me through tomorrow. He got rude and walked out, better not charge my ins.

From the time I called and spoke to the first lady helping me with my appointment (which I got in the same day!) the receptionist at the front desk, the girl doing my X-rays, the hygienist, the dentist, his assistant and the financial lady were all very professional caring and made me feel welcomed.
After having bad experiences in my childhood, and needing quite a bit of work to do with my dental care, I feel very comfortable with having Aspen take care of me and my dental needs. 😌🙂

I'm 71years old and was amazed at the technological improvements. The staff was knowledgeable and explained each procedure thoroughly. Check out was simple and all charges and insurance coverage clearly detailed. Nice staff!!

Very Professional and friendly staff. Got me in right away. Paper work was easy. The Drs. there make you feel very comfortable and explain everything too you. Thanks to the front desk for all your help. If you need any help there contact them and ask for Rochelle. She will help you out and get you set up.
