After arriving for a filling repair to a front tooth, I was given copious amounts of X-rays for over a 90 minutes. As a lovely and respectful young lady attempted to scan my teeth over and over-I requested to skip the scan and finally see the Dentist. The dentist examined my entire mouth and explained that I would require 10 new caps-my patience began to dwindle. I asked the dentist if he was could simply fix my tooth and he said, “You will need to discuss that with finance and the scheduling office. “ I’m in shock-is this a con or what? Have I been in this office for 2 hours getting 50 X-rays and I’m not going to get my filling fixed???

I went to the finance office as directed and explained my intense dismay with the run-around I was experiencing. I was given a list of how much it was going to cost me for the filling and the crowns. I immediately stated all I was interested in was a filling. I was then informed that I would require an additional appointment for the dental work. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing.
YES I was furious! I have been brought in under false circumstances, with absolutely NO plan for me to get my tooth fixed today. I asked for the manager and regional office numbers.
Suddenly they found time to fix my tooth. While the dentist fixed my tooth he stated, “I don’t want to fix it too good or you won’t come back for me cap!” He was was certainly right about that.
I will say the office is nice, the staff are lovely and were obviously following ASPEN Dental’s policy of manipulation.

I will be honest and say I avoid going to the dentist at all costs lol. I knew it was time for me to be a big girl and go. I chose Aspen Dental at first because its literally half a mile from my house. I am glad I chose them. I had 3 fillings and a deep clean done. Dr. Ash has an amazing chairside manner, he checked on me throughout his work. The ladies in the office are as sweet as can be. I spent 10 years in sales so I know about customer service. The ladies called me by name after 1 visit!!!!! Friendly and helpful! I am glad I went and I will continue to go to Aspen Dental in Los Lunas.

Almost 3 weeks waiting for a plan of treatment and still getting the run around. Pretty simple request but office manager couldn't get it together. Very disappointed on the cost that was quoated to my parents but yet when mentioning what do to she couldn't put it in writing. Take your business else where most likely to a local Los Lunas Dentist. Waste of your time. Very expensive place.

Aspen Dental is the Jiffy Lube of dentistry. Just like you can’t get a simple oil change without “needing” an air filter and a transmission flush, don’t expect to get a simple biannual cleaning and checkup without experiencing the hard-sell for an unnecessary and costly treatment plan.

I’d seen my previous dentist every 6-months for years. But this year, I had to find a different dentist because my dental insurance changed. I went to Aspen to get a simple checkup and cleaning, which they can’t do without a full comprehensive new-patient checkup, full set of x-rays, and a 2nd appointment for the actual cleaning. And even though I had been up-to-date on all my dental hygiene, and have always immediately repaired or replaced any failing fillings or crowns; Dr. Ash at Aspen insisted that I “needed” three new crowns, two fillings and an Invisalign Orthodontic program costing thousands of dollars.

The staff at Aspen were very friendly, but you can’t trust their treatment advice. Instead of building long-term patient relationships, they’re more interested in extracting as much money as possible out of their patients wallets.

They do shoddy work and don't return calls had dentures done have had issues they don't fit correctly,have been in to see about fixing and was told to use more glue. Have an appointment for Monday they call leave a message saying they have to reschedule, I've called back several times from about 130 till 445 no answer just a recording. It figures they got paid and don't care
