My little girl was in pain, Aspen Dental was able to get her seen right away! They were very patient and accommodating. Mel is The most gentle hygienist I’ve ever met & Dr Ash the most informative dentist ever! Very sweet, my little girl now only wants to be seen by this dental office! The office Manager Nicole is such a sweetheart. I will be back to bring my family! Thank you Aspen Dental !!

My kids had their cleaning done. When the dentist reviewed x-rays from 6 months ago, he referred us to a pediatric dentist for fillings- something that should have been done when the x-rays were taken, not 6 months later! I'm also not happy about not knowing they won't do fillings on a child. So now we will likely have to pay for another visit and xrays (plus the extra time for an extra visit) just to go to pediatric, when I could have taken them there to begin with, had I known they wouldn't be able to do anything beyond a cleaning.
Also, when we had the x-rays done, they did some that our insurance didn't cover, but we didn't know until we got the bill- I've ALWAYS known charges before they were done at other places, because I always ask ahead of time what's covered. They should have been able to tell me before they did the extra x-rays, that I'd be charged.

It was very pleasant. They remind you of information that you need to bring and the time and date of your appointment. The staff is super friendly. I know very one is stressed and overwhelmed by life now but the staff in there makes you laugh and enjoy going to the dentist. I highly recommend going there.

The Dentist is beyond words..very caring..it's very easy to put you trust in him. And at my age that takes a lot. Great experience all the way around.

Amazing Dental office!! So clean and calm...starting with the receptionist she is so nice I believe her name is Erika, very friendly and following covid-19 procedures..Staff is so nice and they smile and say hello!! Best part of all kudos for DARLENE THE OFFICE MANAGER!! She was hands-on, helping out her staff, she took really good care of me explained every procedure answered all my concerns, plus she is so friendly! I have never seen an office Manager put on gloves and help out their staff members... The Dentist DR. very nice and straight to the point! He answered all my concerns, gave me advice and I understood everything he was explaining!! Amazing place! My new Dental office!

Absolutely loved this office, from how easy it was to schedule and get seen right away to how nice and courteous everyone in the office was. Everything was thoroughly explained and Rochelle got me scheduled for my surgery and even showed me all the different options I had. So glad I decided to come here!

From the time I entered this clinic until the time I checked out this was by far the best dental experience I've ever had! Emily, my Dental Assistant with whom I spent most of my visit, was impeccable, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and made me feel as if she was truly concerned about me. The front desk, though a temp, was excellent, my Dentist was very meticulous and informative and even my visit with billing was pleasant...imagine that!
Having worked in healthcare for over 40 years I can say without reservation any clinic would do well to follow their example.

From the very beginning I was clear about my dental anxiety and about needing laughing glass gas for any procedures. They continue to do x-rays and scans and have me in the dental chair for over an hour before they came out a treatment plan. When I told him now if there is an additional cost for laughing gas that’s when they informed me that they don’t use laughing gas unless it’s for Oral surgery. Complete and total utter waste of my time I would’ve not have endured all that testing and sitting in Alicia’s chair for so freaking long.jThey continue to do x-rays and scans and have me in the dental chair for over an hour before they came out a treatment plan. When I told him now if there is an additional cost for laughing gas that’s when they informed me that they don’t use laughing gas unless it’s for Oral surgery. Complete and total utter waste of my time I would’ve not have endured all that testing and sitting in that hellacious chair for so freaking long, Had to be honest and upfront for me from the very beginning. Stay away from this place near snake oil sales man I just wanna get you in and charge you for procedures. At the end they offered to give me referrals but they couldn’t guarantee the place that they were an hour for me to have or use laughing gas. What’s the point what’s the point why would I want a referral. Bunch of con artist. I will never go there again. Don’t recommend this please stay away if you know what’s good for you.
