It's a small office and there is only one lady who always does the cleanings. By all means she is nice and friendly and personable. All that is fine, but in 3 visits (a year and a half) I have only seen a hygienist, no dentist. My husband was supposed to be evaluated for 'his next visit' 2 years ago for filling replacement, but there have been no dentist! And him and I go on totally different days and weeks from each other. My cleanings usually take at least an hour, partly due to pauses that the hygienist (only person there) to answer phone calls, personal or not. Then, they charge me a copay that i dont actually have to pay. And they have charged us after the fact for a missing co pay, that apparently wasnt missing. Be sure to check your EOBs if you go here. My sister actually switched her insurance to go somewhere else...
