I had a bridge that a previous dentist had done that was loose and crooked. The previous dentist refused to redo it. When Dr Yoon took over the practice, he not only replaced the bridge but did so at no charge to me. He explained everything that was being done and did a beautiful job. The receptionist, Teresa is friendly and professional. Dr. Yoon’s hygienist, Kristen is gentle and professional. Rio Rancho Smiles and all employees are fantastic. I highly recommend them.

Just ok. I’ve been going here for years, mainly because I like the hygienist that cleaned my teeth. It would have been nice if they let me know I would have a a new hygienist. They hygienist did a good job and was nice. The doctor had opportunities. I had a hard time understanding him and seemed English was limited - ordinarily I can work with this but hard when it deals with health related matters. He gave a recommendation on one tooth and left the room without an explanation, but they hygienist tried to answer my questions. Prior to this appointment, same experience with another doctor-no rapport. Overall, not a bad experience but customer experience goes a long way.

Front office staff and hygienists are amazing. I was not happy that the Dr. Yoon was unwilling to fill cavities for my child and referred us out for sedation which was not necessary at the other dental office.
