Fortunately have not had to have major dental work done here, but it has been a good place for routine cleaning and the like. They seem to take the Covid precautions seriously enough for my comfort level, which I greatly appreciate.

Worse experience, didn’t even get to the doctor. I called and they ran my insurance I was good to go. I get there and she says we cannot find you. And asks for my social again and says the same thing . And that I didn’t fill out the online paperwork they sent me . That I never got. I called a senators down the road and they were able to find me and can see me. I will

Wonderful place! My son is a huge pain at the dentist but everyone working here knew how to work with him and he did better than EVER before. Extremely quick and efficient service too!

I recently had my first visit to Rio Rancho smiles because my previous dentist no longer took my insurance. My visit couldn't have been more pleasant and professional. The background music was great and those dental chairs were to die for...very gentle non-vibrating massage and soft memory foam. Even got a little welcoming gift. I got a favorable check-up so I won't be returning for several months, but I'll definitely be back.

One of the best experiences I've had with a dental office. From check in to check out service was beyond excellent. Any question I had was answered, the staff all worked as one, with emphasis on making sure the patient was comfortable. I'm very glad I decided to try their office for my dental care.

I was a pack a day smoker for 15 years. Hadn't been to the dentist in 8, and was admittedly negligent. I quit smoking 2 months ago and am making life changes; so I was excited to get my teeth cleaned, so much so I accepted a time on my birthday. Being an obvious grunge mouth, I anticipated at least a little stigma. There was ZERO stigma, all staff members acted with care, and were proactive in finding the best routes to improve and maintain my smile as they jump through the hoops of my just awful insurance for me. Compassion and care are infinite here, and I'm a socially awkward grunge mouth chicken, so they are by far the best.

Everyone really nice. Dr came out and gave me updates on my sons progress. He made me feel as though he really cared about my sons dental hygiene. I appreciated that he wanted my to feel part of the process and fully kept me updated on all he had done and was doing to care for my sons needs.
