My daughter actually looks forward to going to the dentist. Dr. Carter is so kind, warm, friendly, and wonderful with kids. What a great way to get kids to be comfortable with taking care of their teeth from the very beginning. We love Dr. Carter and are so thankful for Spring River Dental. ❤

Such a great dentist! They take such good care of my boys, and get us in and out quickly but don't sacrifice quality of care.they aren't fazed by crying or my showing up with all three of my kiddos, and the staff are so sweet and kind and put my boys at ease. So glad we found such good care here in NM!

The best! I traveled 2 hours because I heard they were the best with kids! Well turned out to be the best experience! My grandson was not afraid at all and they made him feel like a “big boy”! Such sweet professional happy clean office!!👏🏼👍🏼🙌🏼🤩 and dentist was the best ever! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

These lady's are awesome with children. My daughter is very stubborn and they worked with her to make sure they treated her issues to her needs. I would recommend them to everyone because of the compassion, care, and professionalism shown.

My daughter broke her front tooth and had a huge chunk missing. SRD got her right in and her tooth looks amazing!! She is smiling again! Everytime we go here we have a great experience and have not had 1 bad trip to the dentist since we started going here. Thank you all for the wonderful work you do with our kiddos!

If I could 0 stars i would. I took my daughter in November of 2017 and was disgusted with the doctor who came in and saw her. For one they didn't ask me if I wanted fluoride and used it even though our family is fluoride free. And when the doctor came in to check her teeth she recommended the sealants and I nicely declined. It is our family's right and our decision as parents not to get those. So she got all upset and started talking to me rudely and said she has to have them or she'll get cavities. For one that is wrong and it's still my decision as her parent. My kids have never had a cavity and its because of their diet. No sodas, candy, processed food, or juices. She needs to work on her attitude when a parent has the right to say no and not be rude about it. I left without making another appointment because I am not going back to a place like that. Then I get a letter in the mail saying we missed an appointment when I never made one. And the letter is written like a threat that if we miss another one they will send that to our insurance and we could potentially lose coverage. Never in my life have I ever been sent a letter like this. And I know I didn't make an appointment. Never did I receive a call either saying they had an appointment and it doesn't even state the name of the child on the letter. This feels like a retaliation because I told them I did not want sealants on my daughter's teeth and disagreed with the dentist. A very disrespectful dentist and we will never go there again!

As always great customer service and child interaction. Made it fun for my 2 year old and made him feel relaxed during his exam. Appreciate the take away bags and reminders that our sent to me prior to my appointments. Thumbs up!

I use to really like this place until I needed to reschedule my kids apt due to school and Coivd. They were very disrespectful due to the situation and refused to reschedule my kids until I paid them $50. I tried to explain my situation to them and they did not care. Never have I dealt with a company that rude before. Needless to say my kids wont be back. Should've listened to other mom friends about this place before I took my kids. Sad and disgraceful!!

They have the best receptionist and staff I have ever seen in Roswell! I recommend this Dentist office to anyone that doesn't like there children getting mistreated anywhere else! My kids were never scared here, and never cried! They definitely know how to treat there patients! I love this Dentist office and my children love it too!❤

The staff is very nice and caring...my son has several health problems and he gets very nervous when going into dr offices or seeing the dentist but they took time to show him each tool and what they do. They let him touch the tools to show him they wont hurt him. It made him feel safe and less anxious.
